I have had a very disappointing experience with Lyca Mobile.
I tried many times to attach my new bank card, but the app kept showing errors and would not save it. There also appears to be a bug where, if an auto-renewal package is active, it is impossible to purchase a new package.
I also faced multiple top-up issues. I paid €7 than €8 received a "processing" message, and the money was deducted from my bank account, but I never received the mobile data.
These problems are especially frustrating when traveling outside Portugal within the EU, as reliable mobile service is essential. Lyca Mobile needs to fix these issues and improve its payment and top-up system.
