Lyca intentionally makes it incredibly difficult to cancel the auto-renewal option for any phone plans. I am still at a loss on how to cancel it and am helplessly watching my money be stolen. The feature on the app and desktop version as I have both tried does not work. You go to turn off auto-renewal and it simply does not work, it asks you "Please review details as below- Kindly enter valid Cancel Date" then gives you no option to do anything but hit close. Then nothing happens. When I tried to cancel via the AI customer service support, the chat crashes once I finally get to the point of trying to cancel it. This is one of countless issues I have had using lyca mobile NL for the last 5 months.

Terrible unethical company. BEWARE.
I signed up for Lyca Mobile to use while visiting Europe for a month. It worked well, but for some reason they never sent me a phone number and my eSim would not register the phone number. The service to dial 1220 or something to give you your phone number did not work. Without the phone number you cannot log in to your Lyca account to top up, cancel, or anything else.
I emailed multiple times asking for the phone number. They didn't reply for weeks. Finally, they replied and just repeated what's on their website about dialing 1220 to get your phone number. Beyond useless.
Then I leave Europe and go home, I notice they are still charging me. So I email again to cancel it. No reply. Finally I call. They say they need my phone number to cancel it. I say you never gave me my phone number. They refuse to cancel the service without the phone number which they never provided and which is 100% imposssible to obtain.
At this point I had no choice but to go to my credit card company and block the merchant. I also had to cancel my credit card to prevent them making further charges. They cost me money and so much headache.
NEVER USE LYCA MOBILE. Awful unethical company. This is in fact the single worst customer service/overall business experience I've ever had with any company EVER.
[EDIT ON JULY 17: See the reply below where they say "For further assistance, please reply to (their email)". Well I did that immediately 2 weeks ago and never heard back! It's all a big scam to seem like they have customer service when really they don't. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS. IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG YOU ARE SCREWED, THEY WILL IGNORE YOU FOREVER]

Che really helped me understand the concept of the bundle I purchased, when it activates even though I was expecting it to start on the day it wasn’t supposed to she then suggested a really good option in helping me move the activation date earlier.

Today I accidentally bought a sim card bundle. My intention was to top up my S.I.M. After trying to top up and failed, I called customer care and Nicole helped me by first reversing the purchase I made by mistake and then she directed my on how to top up successfully. Somehow Auto Renewal was enabled for my prepaid XS bundle. One of many tries to disable it via chatbot ended with uncertainty - did I success or not
Then I tried multiple times to check the status via chat with live assistant and all these chats end with:
- Let me check and pull up your account.
- Since there is no response on the other line I'm going to disconnect this chat! Thank you for contacting Lycamobile.
Three times like this
Finally was able to reach support via phone and it took 15minutes to get confirmation Auto Renewal is disabled
(but I am not sure, will see, the case is registered as 107218387)

I prepaid for their sim card. 30 euro for 60GB of internet. Not bad, but their operators on their line are the most ignorant employee I've heard. I can not make outgoing calls since 2 days! I only can have incoming calls, sms and browsing. I can not use their app, because I do not receive their OTP code for confirmation, when I am trying to login this app. Definitely not recommended as a choice of your provider. They don't know what they are doing. I want my money back

So i tried to buy unlimited plan with my Credit card. They took my money but i didnt get unlimited plan, tried to buy IT for second Time. Once again IT was not activated, but they took money again, after that i tried contacting them by calling customer support. Spent 30 minutes and were not able to connect. So i send them email. After waiting for 72hours i used revolut charge back option. Lyca denied my chargeback and add 80 euro to my Credit ballance. I tried to buy unlimited plan once again, without success. There was a message to call support. I did that, after another 30 minutes somehow i managed to connect to a woman. After telling her what happend , she said that my account Has been Blocked and to get it back i need to Pay them 140 euro xD becouse i asked for money refund - one they refused to Pay. Avoid lyca mobile - its a shady scamming company

terrible company, bought a SIM card with a tariff for 40 euros and they connected me to the tariff plan twice and automatically charged 80 euros every month and then said that you can't return the money 🤷♂️

Hello.. I am at a satisfactory level of using the "unlimited" internet. I understand that the limit is actually 150gb, but I have a question. If I have exceeded the limit of 150gb and the internet does not work at all after purchasing the package, will I regain the internet again or do I have to wait until the expiry date of the old mobile internet package? I renew another unlimited bundle after 2 weeks of using and I still don’t have internet
