Make sure you check better deals as soon as your contract ends.

I was about to switch providers becuase it got too expensive and I only realized I can stay for much lower price (~35% cheaper) when I looked for the option of my contract termination. I feel cheated and I'll defnitely keep an eye as soon as my contract expires going foward.

FYI, I called their costumer serivce shortly after the payments increased: they said this is the new cost and nothing can be done. Unfortunately I was busy and only recently had the time to check my options for myself. So, again, take care of your expeses as these companies relay on you not being aware of better options.

Triple the monthly payment you sign up for

I had a sim only contract and each month it was supposed to be less than 20€. Nevertheless it often occurred that when the factuur came that it cost around 70€. When inquiring on why I was told it was for international calls (which I then deactivated) and calls with numbers starting in 09, but I had called no such numbers during that month. I cannot help but feel increadibly scammed. I do not recommend.

edit: thank you for your response and clarification. although i understand that it was included in the fee description, in my opinion 2 euros per minute for a DUTCH service number is still unacceptable. Kind regards.

Technicians not coming

Technicians not coming on time.
Customer service whatsapp, email - no reply
No emails for escalations.

- I have already two times issues with the Internet. This week Technician supposed to come on Monday to fix the Internet - he called me that he will not come. Although I kindly asked him to come and fix - he didnt. Today tech supposed to come this morning - No technician.
I called the CS they told me that he is on the way and he will come - Two hours later, I called again and they said he is stuck and they dont know if he will make it and they he will call me (which leaves me staying home and waiting for technician)
I mentioned that I am not happy as a customer and that I want to leave, which they said it is not possible.

Disorganization is not customer problem!
I left the work (marked as unpaid leave so I can wait for the Internet).

I already sent email for official complain, before I ask for a legal advice.

Until this moment-no solution

Very bad experience with Yourfone

Very bad experience with Yourfone. Since yesterday I have no signal at all, so I cannot call, receive calls, or use mobile data, and this is not the first time.
Even before that, my internet often showed connection but did not actually work. Customer service is also very poor — in two years I only spoke with two friendly and helpful employees. Very disappointing.

Service is ok, support is not.

Good service, but customer support is not helpful, I am trying to install the app and they can not help me, they give generic answers and disappear.

Luckily, never need anything serious.

Beware of Hidden Costs and Manual Data Limits

Beware of hidden costs. I was charged 80€ for a 15€ offer because of a manual activation requirement for internet limits that wasn't made clear at the time of purchase. Using 'terms and conditions' to justify poor communication is not a good way to build trust with customers
