I've been waiting for my order since 1 month, maybe more (I'm from France). I've contact them by mail and they told me everything was ok. After two weeks I've send a new mail and guess what ? The response was exactly the same. I doubt I will ever see my order. This is the worst company on the internet ever !
You should avoid to deal with them !

Actual garbage. Profoundly embarrassed that I purchased a “dress” through the Loosely store ad on instagram. Material made me gag. Literally threw in the trash can.

clothes are really bad, fabrics are the worse, no tags/sizes in the items, badly finished, nothing like the photos...they only answered my 1st email to ask me to send photos of the items, so far i don´t even have the shipping address to send the order back and get a refund - 80$ to the trash!! wish i had seen these reviews before, unfortunately only checked their FB page which is "cleaned" daily, so no bad reviews!!

I wish I had checked these reviews before I placed my order. I ordered shoes for my wife a month before Mother's Day. Here it is May 23 and they still have not arrived.

worst online company ever dealt with, took months 2 received order placed in early December 2017 , then only to receive the worst woven blanket not even fit for a dog. the worst fabric that peels apart and shreads all over you sofa. then to return to CHINA will cost more than the blankets cost. $180.00 lost to a FRAUD company, ONE BIG SCAM. they know exactly what they are doing. BEWARE because they are crooks.

Buyer Beware!
I ordered 2 items 3 weeks ago and have not received them. This company owes me $70.00. I have called and no one answered the phone, I have emailed and have gotten no results or feedback on when I will get my shipment. Please please read listen to these reviews before you purchase anything. I have never had such an unprofessional experience. I should have known better buying from an ad on Instagram.

Shirt dress looked nothing like the picture. Super cheap and see-through.

If I could give this company a negative 10, I would. Please read this and take warning. I agree with previous reviews in that they should be shut down. Obviously this is not possible. It took months to receive my blankets and once returned I have not been given a refund. Terrible quality, service, and just realize if you want to purchase from them you are better giving to a charity (at least it's a tax write off, lol).

This company needs to be shut down and prosecuted for fraud. They charged my card the moment I ordered and NEVER sent my product. I have tried to contact them multiple times via email and phone and have had zero replies. If someone is reading this and can assist with shutting them down and demanding refund, please let me know. This is scandalous and so very wrong. Money gone. No recourse. Will continue to find justice.

I would truly like to give this site a ZERO - for products, service and customer satisfaction.
If only I would have searched reviews before clicking on the purchase button - my only hope is that like some of you on this site I may receive a refund.
I ordered products that took months to arrive, leading me to open an investigation through Paypal in the interim (this site provided no return correspondence to my weekly emails).
When the products did arrive, there was ZERO quality. They were faulty (loose threads), sizing was not reflective of what was indicated and were made of substandard fabrics - everything thin and see through (not like the photos).
When I applied for a refund - through both Paypal and this site there was nothing - ZERO correspondence.
I returned the items at my own cost and have sent multiple messages through the website contact or email address (that Paypal says I should contact them on) and have had ZERO acknowledgment of my emails, let alone answers to my questions.
The company have received my returned goods - I have the post tracking to prove it and yet there has been no contact or refund.
I believe I have been very patient across these many months, whilst they have been fraudulent.
Do not order through them, there will be ZERO satisfaction.

I bought a black rattan handbag charged to PAYPAL. Loosely tells me days later that there’s no black ones left but if I wanted a brown one. I stated I wanted my money refunded. It automatically sent me a bogus like email that stated that I could not respond to any further emails. I contacted PAYPAL who stated they could not reverse the transaction. Now Loosely is all silent. BEWARE BUYERS LOOSELY FASHION IS A SCAM!

after two months I received a little chinese pack with insidie the ugly copy of the product that I bought all plastic and very smal respect the size!

They don't even deserve one star. I ordered a chunky-knit blanket in November 2017 for a Christmas present. I knew it would be a while to get it because it was being delivered from overseas. I received an email stating when it would arrive. Weeks went by without receiving it, then Christmas came and went. Finally in February 2018, I called for a refund and cancelled the order. I called multiple times for the refund and each time was another lie -- it's coming, we'll have the manager call you, etc. One of the calls, the phone rep said their system showed a refund and I would need to check with my bank. I continued calling and calling every other day FOR MONTHS, just to hear more of their excuses. But FINALLY, in May 2018, I got the refund. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. This company are complete scam artists. DO NOT buy from them. It is not even possible to get a refund through PayPal. This has been a 5-month nightmare of trying to return/be refunded. Not worth it. Learn from my mistake.

The most awful experience I've ever had shopping online

I have ordered a pair of shoes and a bag to match last month from Loosely.com.

The order never turned up on time and estimated on the website.

When I contacted their customer service I was advised that shoes were on their way and the bag was apparently out of stock and was issued with a sales voucher for the price of the bag.

The tracking number for the parcel provided did not show any information about my parcel with the shoes.

In the end the shoes turned up but they are two sizes smaller than my size UK5.

I was refunded in the end in full, but it took me a couple of emails going backwards and forwards where I had to state my customer rights and I also opened a dispute for goods not received with my bank.

I found similar shoes on a different site, so maybe second time lucky....

This is the worst blanket ever. First I ordered a grey blanket at Christmas and they said it would be here mid January. It came about 10 weeks later and was blue. I complained and asked for a grey replacement. They said “it’s in the mail” and it’s on the way. Then they asked for pics of the blanket and pics of the packaging. I sent pics about 12 times. Finally they answered and said it’s on the way and I’ll get it in 10 days. No one ever answered the phone. Twice they answered and put me on hold and never returned. I called back and was put on hold. I sent emails constantly and finally asked for a refund. They said the blanket would get here in 10 business days. Then they said there was a 30 day guarantee and I had already passed it. Yeah. They sent the blanket and dragged me on for months saying the replacement was coming. Now the blanket has picks and fibers falling off it. It looks like an old sweater with all the fiber pills. It is blue and not grey and it is a terrible product and the people will drag you on for weeks. They lie and constantly told me it was in the mail or I would get it in 10 business days and it never came. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANY OR THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!

Awful just awful! I ordered the large blanket which in reality turns out to be a little larger the size of a bath sheet! (towel) What a shame this company is allowed to get away with ripping off customers and PayPal... Shame on you and your lack of interest in helping honest people who purchase through your app recoup their cash or receive ANY type of REAL satisfaction. 😔

Bought a blanket. Quality was poor. They wouldn’t refund and promised a better quality replacement. That was 5 months ago and still no blanket. Avoid.

Total Joke and fake. At this point I am not even sure they are an actual company. They won't respond to any e-mails I send and have told me they would send a refund with nothing ever showing up back in my account. I ordered the blanket November 2017 for Christmas. What a freaking joke.

Update: We finally contacted Visa and reported them. Visa gave us a fraud refund. Only then did Loosley FINALLY get back to us with an "Sorry but after review we feel not receiving the product is your fault and although it costs alot of money we are going to offer you a $10 giftcard to our store that expires in 10 days. Enjoy". I sent back an e-mail full of confusion because they had already said they issued the refund, so why now are they saying the refund was not going to happen and neither was getting our product.
Visa contacted them and told them about the report. Loosley e-mailed me angry about this and questioned 'why would we not just have contacted them' what the heck Loosley? I have been trying to contact you for 6 months.
COMPLETE JOKE. Do not order from them unless you want bad customer service and a headache.
