DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - I doubt a laser welder based on the videos on their site re this item - they sent a very poor quality soldering iron- the site description says item will, laser weld, remove rust, cut steel etc - the soldering iron - marked as such on the box-! Does none of these things -AVOID DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR DESCRIPTIONS -detailed all of this when asking PayPal for refund - the seller responded asking what is wrong!!!! Don’t waste your money with this seller

Ordered a coat and it never arrived. Could not get any information from Loosely - their email address came back as full and could nto recevie any messages.

HORRIBLE! I ordered over $350.00 worth of merchandise (stupid I know , I should have read the reviews) and didn't receive anything but an empty box. I tried disputing it with my credit card but because they had "proof" of delivery, they would not refund the money. When I received the box I took a picture before opening it because I could tell it was too light to contain anything. Then, as I opened it, I videoed it. It was empty!!!! I sent this to my credit card company but they indicated there was proof of delivery and I couldn't get my refund.

Ordered shoes. They had such a horrific odor that even when I put them in the trash in the garage, our cars reeked!! I’ve found this also with leather goods from China. But trying to contact the store, all efforts are to no avail!!! Don’t waste time or hard earned dollars no matter how much you want the item!! Search reputable other outlets.

I wish I would have looked up the reviews before purchasing from this online vendor. I purchased a pair of XXL jeans for $67 & a color blocked dress for $55. It took 2 mos to receive both items - both size XXL (I used the size chart on each page to determine size). When the package finally arrived I had to give the pants away to a gal who wears an adult woman's size 2 (how the hell is that remotely XXL). The dress on the other hand would literally fit a full size cow I'm sure - except in the knees the knee part is super small ???? As most others I'm getting the run around - if you've already purchased from them and can refuse shipment when it arrives I suggest you do that.

I wouldn’t even give them a star! If you’re not into throwing your hard earned money away DO NOT USE THIS SITE! It took forever and an email to see where my product was, when it finally arrived it was wrong size, I have tried 5 times to be in touch, my emails keep bouncing back, saying the address doesn’t exists, I cannot get any customer service at all. THIS IS A SCAM! Can’t be reach on Facebook page either. DO NOT USE!!!

This store is the worst. Zero stars. Do not buy anything from here. It took almost a month for me to get my order, even after multiple emails to them. The purses described as tote bags were actually much smaller than tote bags. The rain coat looked very different than what was on their website. I wpuld have returned my items, but their return policy is impossible. I will never buy anything from this store. It was a mistake to buy anything in the first place.

I finally receive my order. The shoes are perfect. The order came from China it took a long time to come. They are for real... no scam here.

Took forever to get. Clothes smelled terrible like mildew. No tags on items. Very cheaply made. Description on items far from accurate. Zero stars.

Worst store ever!! Clothes come straight from China w Chinese writing on label and the clothes smelled like they were made in a factory with kerosene. Couldn’t get a return and was stuck w a bunch of cheap clothes that are going straight to the thrift store. Clothes also were shipped with o tags and no return receipts - horrible!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!! DO NOT! Took forever to get my item. Return process is ridiculous. Ended up being stuck with something that was not what I expected. Buyer beware!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars! I ordered an oversize rain jacket that is way more than oversized!! Came so cheaply packaged which was my immediate red flag. It was shipped from China which I had no reason to believe it wouldn't be coming from the US. The draw string was stuck inside and I had to fish it out. There's no way to even keep it from going back in other than just tying it off. $71 and there's no way it's water proof either. So I emailed them and got immediate response which I thought was helpful. I ironically always spoke with the same person. Maybe they just have 1 representative? I told her I needed to return it and she asked for a picture of the item and my invoice. Wouldn't they know what I ordered? Why do they need a photo of it? Then she sent me return instructions. I had to ship it to England and send them my tracking # within 48 hours. So I rushed to the post office today and it's going to cost me $72 to ship it with a tracking #! I was like um no so I emailed again and she was insistent that I get a tracking #. No flexibility. I could exchange and ship it to China and get a new size but I'll still have to pay shipping. So tried calling the customer service # and it's not even a real #. It immediately says all their representatives are busy and to email or chat online. Don't waste your money on this company. Big. Fat. Scam!!

Loosely Store is a scam. I have bought a jacket that came with discoloration, a nd it didn't look like the one in catalogue. They asked for the proof, so I took pictures of it and send it to them. After a lot of comunication we agreed on returning the jacket back to them (I payed for it. A day after I have sent the Jacket back, they wrote to me that I did it one day too late. According to their rules I should have sent it in 2 days after they told me where to send it, and I did it in 3. It is just an example of unfair trade practice.

DO NOT BE FOOLED AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! SCAM!

I came upon Loosely on Instagram and ordered something, of course before seeing these customer complaints on online.

The jacket I ordered took few weeks and the quality is not what was advertised on the site.
The return policy on the site is not detail and NO mention you will have to return the item(s) at your own cost.
I ordered a jacket at $61.14USD that was shipped from China and thought I was ordering from the states.
They said to submit photos of my order with packaging came in then they can send me return process information.
The crazy thing is I have to return the product to United Kingdom which will cost close $60 USD.

Do not be fooled and do not buy anything from this place. What a shame! It’s all scam!

I came upon Loosely on Pinterest and ordered something, of course, before seeing these reviews on this site. I have no faith that I will receive my order, or if I do it will be as advertised.

I have reported this to Pinterest. If others have also come across this on Pinterest, I strongly suggest you report to Pinterest as well so that they hopefully take some action to block this advertiser/poster.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2 clothing items back in October for about £95 and they still haven't arrived. To be fair, they do keep responding to the emails I send chasing the delivery but nothing happens. The items are apparently 'in transit' and they can't refund them until they arrive with me. They continue to advertise on Instagram (I comment on their posts / try to put people off using them when I see them) and have an active website. Can Google or someone not put a warning on their website??! Total sham.

Ordered the chunky blanket and it's definitely not as advertised. Its so small and it might fit a twin if its completely stretched out.

Bought the Felt Fox and got a euro store knock off.
Absolute joke of a company. PayPal should be ashamed they still allow them to trade.
It took 3 months to get my item, told there was a typhoon that damaged the shipment in mid December, I made my order in October.
Item didn't arrive til January and was an absolute joke.
I was truly disappointed.
Customer Care is useless, cookie cutter response.
Item cost 21.50USD, to return it'd have cost me 12.50Euro.
I refused to pay til the company replied and agreed to refund the cost of return too, time ran out and I was out my money.
Still disputing as the item was absolutely fraudulent.

Haha I should have read these reviews before ordering! Got complete crap and nothing like the advertised wool felt kitten. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

OMG!! Spent £50 for tat that i could get in a pound shop. The so called knitted kitten is nothing like the whole bodied kitten in the adverts. i got fur (not even knitted) plonked on a plastic base. Kitten doesn't have legs and arms don't move and have plastic paws. The fox hasn't even arrived. These people are literally laughing at us and making a fortune. They should be arrested. Avoid at all cost.
