poor inferior quality, bad customer service, they do not believe you when you tell them they sent the wrong product and wrong size!!!

I received a "blanket" that was the size of a placemat 2 months after placing the order. The "blanket" was actually a "commercial sample". The product was frayed, irregular and coming apart. When I requested return information and a refund, I was summarily denied.

This company SUCKS ...been given the run around since Nov 2017 and still not received refund......DO NOT order any products from them!!!!

5 months after ordering a product and sending it back (because the product wasn’t even good enough to be used as loft insulation) I am still emailing every few days to get a refund.

For sure Terrible. I ordered over 2 months ago and have emailed to get an update and I get no response.....I paid 50US and wondering if even pursuing a refund is worth my energy based on the feedback I am reading.

This company never informs its customers that merchandise must be returned to China and if you live in the US the costs will be prohibitive. I found out today that an item that cost $35 would cost $64 if I wanted to insure it. I had repacked in a plastic as it was sent.

ordered my blanket... after about 2 weeks, no tracking details - was extremely suspicious...
one google search of the website.. and now i know why...

I purchased the large knit blanket for my daughter, she loves it and i am thinking of getting one myself! To be honest, delivery took longer than expected but it was over Easter and I realise this can be out of everyones control. When the parcel arrived it was smaller than i expected but the blanket had been vacuum packed and once freed, it shook out into the exact size i had ordered.

The blanket is miniature sized (2ftx3ft) for $60 plus shipping (complete rip off)finally arrived in wrong color and a disgusting feeling synthetic material that took 57days to get to me! It looks like a small floor mat not a blanket!!!! They should be shut down and arrested for scamming people out of their hard earned money!!!!

Product arrived and was a different shade than pictured. There were also frayed edges therefore i wanted to send the £69.99 blanket back and receive a refund. Its been 2 weeks of emails back and forth and loosely are denying me a refund despite the website clearly stating returns are accepted and refunds are given.

I keep being fobbed off with poor communication and so far im down £69.99 for a poorly made blanket.

Blanket I received was not as described and looked nothing like the online pictures. Poor quality for the price paid, I was really looking forward to receiving this for our firstborn however was so disappointsd. I decided to send back, which it has been over a month and been signed for as I paid for tracking and the only communication I can get via email which I reckon is an automated reply as the response is always the same. They can’t say the address sent back to is correct! Robbing gets.

Honestly so terrible. I ordered the blanket in February, got it last week and it’s the wrong size. It’s supposed to be the largest one they sell and it’s the size of a standard door mat. Not to mention but the material feels like torn apart cotton balls and smells of synthetic cotton. It’s manufactured in China but it says it was “home made” I emailed customer service and she just kept asking for pictures. I sent her pictures and she stopped responding. Trying to dispute with Amex and contacted the better business beauru. Not to mention my CC statement says it was charged from California, billed in the UK and it shipped from China...wonder how many countries have access to my card? I’m also writing to Facebook that a company should not be able to hide reviews from customers. I really blame some of this on Facebook because most of their sales come from there.

Ordered a blouse that I never received. Reached out twice, first time I was told that it was being held up through the postal service, still haven't heard from them after the second attempt. I am now trying to resolve with my CC company.

5 months ago 2 blankets, until today I'm still waiting on 1 item.. And for 1 month the only answer I get from from support..
Is that they have no idea were my package is, and that they will contact me as soon they have an update..
If your systems are fine, then how hard can it be to find out where it went wrong, or order a new one, or refund the money..
I can only conclude that is a scam..

Perhaps my refund story will help someone else recoup a portion of their money from this scam company.

Called my CC company to initiate a refund for the 2 blankets I stupidly ordered. I knew (too late) that I wouldn’t get any help from scamming store. CC company told me in order to dispute, I would have to show receipt of these cotton balls/cotton candy blankets. I sent them back to the third party shipper or whoever that was on the return address. It was somewhere in California. It cost me about $40 to ship this crap, but by now it was the principle of the matter!!

I made sure to get a receipt and tracking number and documented everything. Sent all my information to my CC to open the dispute. Finally I was able to show the shipper in California had received the cotton balls/blanket. CC reviewed case (with pictures and a link to this site) and refunded the cost

I realize this may not be financially a good idea if you ordered only 1. However, I was able to get back about $145 after the cost of the shipping. If you decide to open a case with your CC company, take pics and document everything. Good luck!

Scam! Do not buy. Also, if you purchased through PayPal don’t waste your time trying to file a dispute...I sent a long list of evidence that this merchant is a fraudulent business and PayPal still sided with the seller. Both trash companies, if you ask me.

"Extreme" blanket came over 2 months late for Christmas and wrong size. I could have glued cotton balls together for a higher quality blanket. They said I could return, but I had to return to China. Even if I could fit the 2 blankets into a 5"x5" box, it would still cost more than the blankets to ship back. They offered to replace at first due to the wrong size. Then they said I waited over 4 days to let them know (even they I told them the day after receiving it). "But that is not what our records show". Lessoned learned. Check BBB for them. They have a grade of F. Store is a complete scam!

The blanket I ordered from them is nothing like pictured. The quality is terrible, it sheds & falls apart & isn't even tightly made. It took 2 months to get here and the color isn't even anything like the picture. I'm disappointed I wasted any money on this crap blanket I could've made myself for less than $5.

Bought a blanket. It was received 2-3 months later. Not from the US, But from China. Really poor product,bad knitting,so not useable at all.
Refund ( even if pictures are send) need to be send to China. Thiscost me As much As What i paid for the blanket.
Then they confirm they will send me a replacement. Still nothing received.
Then i send several reminders, and No reply still !!!!
This is such an awful Way of doing business . Cheating people 😡😡

Didn't respond to my emails and deleted my comments on their Facebook page. After 2 months I finally got the blanket I ordered, but the color was wrong, it was half the size (I ordered the largest blanket) and the material was awful. Chunks of cheap syntethic threads were falling of and by the looks of it the blanket is a fire hazard.
