DO NO T ORDERED ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. The products its not like they seem on the pictures and the quality is really poore😡😡😡

Do not ever order from this company. I ordered an extra chunky knit blanket for AU$133 ($98.50), but the fabric was so cheap it was more like the Halloween spider web decorations, within days it snagged and bobbled. I asked to return it as I was not satisfied, but they said it would need to be at my own cost of AU$64 ($48). Avoid!

This company never sent me my items. I waited months and the company kept telling me my items had shipped and they couldn’t refund me. I ended up filing a dispute. The tracking numbers they gave me were generated the day I called and they never updated. They issued me 3 different ones. Avoid this company at all costs!

Ordered a dress from loosely store. The dress is terrible and it is nowhere to read that it is cheap, really bad China products they are selling expensive. The dress don't match the description and pictures at all. Really really disappointed. False marketing, bad sewn, well everything is so bad with this site really.

AWFUL - ordered a dress which was to be shipped to me in 10 business days. It took almost 30 business days. When it arrived the quality was awful, stitching uneven and the dress smelled. Immediately put in for a refund but they would not respond to my request. Threatened to report them to Americans Express and they finally gave me an RMA #. Shipped product back immediately with tracking - it arrived to them over 3 weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing from them and no refund. Have filed a complaint with AMEX. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

LESSON LEARNED. Google "company name" "complaints" before doing business with any new online store. Ordered two quilts for wedding presents. Took two months to arrive, then they were a joke. HORRIBLE workmanship and CRAPPY materials. Sent a note and they said "send pictures of product and pictures of the packaging" They arrived squished into a PLASTIC BAG, unmarked. don't have any hope of getting a refund and am chalking this up to an expensive lesson learned. #sad

Really horrible quality! I bought a dress, which looked super roomy and flowy, but when I received it, I saw how uneven and poorly it fit, and it looks incredibly cheap. Nothing like the pictures! Do not buy from this company, it truly seems like a scam.

As many (all) before me I fell for the nice looking website and product picture of a blanket. the item arrived also very late and the quality was really really bad. I contacted them and they eventually offered to send a new blanket, which I rejected as I now understood the scam. I paid $98 via PayPal and so I opened a buyer protection claim. Luckily it was just a couple of days before this option expired. My tip please open a PayPal ASAP.

The seller eventually answered via PayPal dispute tool and offered money back if I send the item back.

The item was shipped from Germany but via PayPal the seller told me to send it to

I send it via DHL for tracking. Make sure to fill in custom forms as Tenerife is outside of the European custom union. My tip to wait to get the shipment info via PayPal and not to act on sellers emails.

The last shipping status was: Delivery of the shipment has been deferred at the recipient's request. A new delivery attempt will take place.

Three weeks later that never happend and Paypal then granted me the full amount. I only lost the €16 shipping costs.

Not only I informed PayPal obviously, but also reported them via Facebook as their ad there lured me to the store. Search for Report Problems With Facebook or Instagram Advertisers

My tip please report them too.

This company is a scam and I am shocked they are still in business. Please stop wasting your money!!!
They sell cheap quality products behind a collection of lovely images. I purchased the Extreme Chunky Knitted blanket in January 2018 and spent approx $100. The blanket is extremely cheap quality, started to pill and catches on everything - unless you use it for instagram images only, it is completely worthless. And remember, it is not wool or anything remotely similar, but cheap fabricated polyester.
Plus, I was sent the wrong color. So I messaged them about it and they said that they’ll send me a replacement. I have yet to receive the replacement even though I followed up with them 3 times (each time they would reply with a different excuse - ie. processing time is delayed). It is now June 2018, no replacement was ever sent, and the blanket is long gone in the trash.

It is a complete joke. Scam scam scam and a waste of money! You might as well just throw your money in the trash if you shop with these guys.

Worst shopping experience ever. How I blame myself for not checking it up properly before buying from this scam store. Crap quality dress delivered after approx 2 months. No resemblance to the picture on the website. Don't buy anything from this place!

The worst e commerce EVER! I spent $210.29 USD
for 4 pieces of GARBAGE. All Chinese made, very bad materials and quality, placed my order on 25th April 2018 and received it in a tiny box on 14th of June 2018 and had to pay customs on top!!! I asked to received info on the shipment, never got an email or message to update..I had to call the local Post directly.
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, they don't give info but just common excuses and most of all they ship from CHINA...the package is also very miserable, not suitable for an order of over 200 USD!!! Cloths smell like petrol and chemicals, fabric is similar to cheap costume parties clothings...The only nice thing they have is the website that does not reflect the REALITY.

Id give it ZERO stars. I ordered chunky blanket. When i saw it arriving passed the time they said i tried to cancel but there is false phone numbers or answering machine then disconnected number. When it arrived late finally it was a tiny box with what looked like a bathmat cheap materials and not worth even a dollar. When i spent another 3 weeks trying to contact them they make it so hard to find them. Then say return it to them in a certain time period. You have to pay yourself to return. Which is more than you pay for that garbage. They get to keep everyones money from their scam and nobody can track them down in china. AVOID THIS FAKE COMPANY!!

My brother ordered me a pink blanket from them at the beginning of December for Christmas. We didn't receive it until FEBRUARY. It was the wrong color- they sent us red. Not only that but the blanket was not as described. A soft comfy blanket? More like itchy cotton fabric tied together. They said they were sending another blanket at no cost to us. About 2 months go by and we still didn't receive anything. They said it got lost in transit and told us they would give us a refund. We waited another few weeks for the refund and guess what??? It wasn't coming. They had the audacity to offer us a gift card??? like no. This is a horrible SCAM company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Estelle and Maeve ( Customer service people) are crooks!

I do not agree with the reviews found online, I had no problem, shipping was not very fast (17 days), but the products are well made

this is the worst return process I've ever experienced. DO NOT ORDER from this place. The quality of the fabrics is terrible and their overpriced shoes look like they cost $5 to make. I don't even know if they're going to return my money to me, the process is so convoluted.

After asking about sizing before I ordered, I received a pair of shoes to find they were to small! There were no instructions with the package about returning them. My emails were bounced back and the link on their website did not work. After numerous messages on Messenger I was finally given an address to return the shoes. But then it was going to cost me £13. (Almost half the price of the shoes). I will never order from here again and wish I had done my research beforehand.

Placed an order of two blankets on 7th December, willing to use them as Christmas gifts, I have received just one of them on March...after dozens of e-mails bagging the customer support. The other one, not only, I haven't seen it yet, but also I never heard from the store team (no comunications after the last e-mail of March where they assured the last package was on the way!)...
Moreover the quality of the product is far distant from what was meant to as they described on the website!!!!!
This is really the worst experience ever.... Whach out guys, never buy from them!!

Terrible quality!! Did not look like the picture at all.

Worst company I have ever delt with. Ordered a knit blanket in December 2017 for Christmas delivery. Received the wrong colour blany in February after multiple inquires.
Told I would receive the correct colour blanket free of charge right away. Even after additional inquires, it is now May 2018 and still no blanket.

Not to mention the blanket I did receive is garbage quality that sheds more than it covers.

Absolutely disgusted with this company.
