The goods purchased was nothing like the product advertised on the website!! The quality was so horrible I wouldn’t even fathom why anyone would use the material this company used to craft a blanket?!? The product arrived damaged and when requesting for a refund, the company advised that I would need to return the product (at my own cost) before receiving a refund. It’s been over six months since the product was returned, and I have yet to receive a payment back in a form of a refund. To top it off, we’re not even getting email responses...unless you want to be frustrated, irritated and completely unsatisfied, please do NOT waste a single penny purchaing anything from this company!!!

Biggest scam site I have ever been a part of!! I bought two $180 chunky blankets for my best friend and I for Christmas, and they were supposed to be a pretty decent size, and it was the size of a mini childs pillow. I never received a refund, and the customer service was appalling. Absolutely ridiculous. I reported y’all to the Better Business Bureau, as well as hundreds of others. ✌🏼

Very bad service from the beginning until the end. the only one thing they did good was stealing my money. I've never seen the blanket I ordered, the pack was lost somewhere (they didn't know were).
No answer from there, millions of e-mail sent and just stupid answers like "we will let you know".
They proposed the refund that I've never seen, they stopped answering to me and I lost 100$.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING ON THEIR WEBSITE, I promised I would have done everything to ruin their reputation.

I had such a bad experience with this online shopping. I got the product I ordered, which was a white dress in a size small. Problem was that the dress was SO small that it fit my 9 year old niece. It was teeny tiny. So I worked with someone to try to return it and they gave me all of the info, but I returned it and they have no record of my return--even with the tracking number! I'm now 'out' $30-some dollars. SO FRUSTRATING. I'll never order from them again. BUYER BEWARE! Also I think everything is coming from overseas so it takes FOREVER to receive it. I'd highly recommend that you avoid them!!! Nicole

Absolutely shocking. Only 1 of 3 blankets arrived, not as shown on the site, smaller, loosely knitted, polyester mix, and dirty - smelled of cigarettes. And don’t expect PayPal to help, because they won’t. Learn from my terrible experience and avoid this shop like the plague.

Ordered Distressed Frayed skinny jeans - true to size, great quality and look just like the pic. The order did take a while (I am based in Australia though), I emailed to query and received a reply within a few hours. Great service will order from them again.

This company will con you. I m still waiting for a refund from March. Do not use the items they sell are rubbish and they will not give you a refund

If I could give this company a -1 I would. Their products are not how they look, their shipping takes months, and their customer service responds but all they will say is no problem...we can send you another one. If the product sucks why would I want another one!? I want a refund! I would not purchase from this brand again.

It was really bad experience. I got my order after 4months from order and when I got it, shoes were not leather as they told, but only fake leather and still the prize was real leather prize. And the package came from China. I got a image that the loosely store is european.
Do not buy anything from Loosely store if you don't want to disappoint yourself!

Took 8+ weeks for my dress to arrive, wasn’t what I ordered so I returned it and never received my refund.

I bought the Extreme Chunky knitted blanket on the 7th December for my sister for Christmas. Upon my order I received an email on the 10th Dec telling me my order was on its way and would be with me within 10 to 18 working days. I contacted Loosely and explained it’s a Christmas present wondering if there’s any chance it would arrive in time. I was told because it’s the busier time of the year it could take 15 - 20 days. I thought my chances were slim but crossed my fingers the package would arrive before Christmas. 2 Months later and I was wondering it would arrive in time for my sister’s birthday on February 20th. It didn’t. Whenever I tried tracking the package I would get a standard ‘in shipment’ message but I was also incredibly disappointed with Loosely’s the customer service. All I received from the organisation when I emailed were vague emails telling me it’s on its way. I tried calling the customer service number at an extra expense (I live in the UK) but no one picked up. I got to the point when I just wanted a refund.

Finally around the 3 months mark the blanket arrived. What a terrible product. The braids are not tightly knitted so it is quiet easy for it to come apart and because of the nature of the wool, it malts. It’s a natural product but I didn’t expect it to be so ‘fragile’ for a blanket. It now remains something that my sister hides in her room rather than puts on her bed. Disappointed and would still like a refund but won’t hold my breath in getting one.

Con men do not order. Item was nothing like the item advertised cheap industrial wadding not a wollen blanket!

Bought an item, returned it as too small, provided proof of postage, i have tracked the item as arrived, the company are now ignoring me , no refund !!!!, disgusted.

Products looked nothing like on the website - cheap fabric, really small (despite reading the size guide carefully) and just rubbish quality. Originally they wouldn’t let me return but then changed their mind - however return arrived on the 19th June and still don’t have the money back. Rubbish. Just avoid.

Ordered a grey large weave blanket for $80 and received a periwinkle knitted mess that looked nothing like the picture. It looked like a torn up cheap micro fleece yarn w huge spaces. Not even fit to be used as a blanket. Contacted the company several times to return. Sent pictures and nothing. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

OMG have been waiting for over a month for my product. All they can tell me is that it has been shipped. Absolutely disgusting to take your money and not deliver. Last time I ever think about buying from them 😡

Product didn’t look as good as one pictured. They were not upfront about their expensive return policy. I had to ship it to China.

i bought a dress on impulse from Loosley . It took about three weeks to arrive and when it did, the dress was not the same style as the picture, plus the quality wasn't good . Stitching was coming loose from the sleeve and the material was obviously poor quality. There was no paperwork with the package that was shipped from China , so i had to email them to which they requested photos to be sent before they would agree a refund. Still i have no reply.
