And if I could give a zero, I would. Do not order from this company. They never ship your clothing on time and can never tell you where your clothing is. They also try to refuse to give refunds for clothing they say they have shipped but is suddenly delayed. I will never order from them again

Purchased the "chunky" blanket last November....received a "blanket" 2 foot square...not even big enough to put my dog on! I was extremely upset and followed their rules and paid for return to china. I have been emailing them since asking for my refund. For the first 6 months they told me they haven't received it and in the last month they are saying its too late for a refund and I'd need to purchase something else. I hate this place and wish they'd be shut down.

This is the same company as Before and After Store just with a different name. Please avoid. They remove negative reviews, block you from their Facebook page, make you return shoddy items at your own cost then do not refund you. Appalling reseller company using Shopify as a platform, selling copies of other companies clothes and shoes.

Absolute scam company!!! Terrible products and returns are impossible. They should be shut down!

I really wanted to give this store a good review - I didn't even mind waiting the 8 weeks for my shoes. However, do NOT believe the good reviews! They've obviously stacked them. The shoes I ordered finally arrived - but not sure who they use for their fitting - the strap across my toes is HUGE - completely loose. They are poorly made. I've just wasted $50 on shoes I'll have to throw out.

They lure you in with lovely pictures and a promise of their products being from small boutique labels. However, they source many of their items from big mass producing factories in China.

The products are extremely poor quality and when you try to return an item they go silent and they block you on social media. I tried unsuccessfully to get my money back through PayPal, so all I can say now is: Lesson learned! I should have researched them before buying.

100% disgusting customer service. Product poor. Returned to China at own expense in January shared proof of postage but unable to track items in China . Still waiting for refund . They have blocked me on facebook, messenger and instagram and dont reply to emails asking for my money back. So upset still. It is appalling how they are allowed to trade still.

I am so sorry I didnť go to check the customer reviews before purchasing two items from them. I saw their ad on FB and the website looked safe... what a lie! They are totally scam and incompetent. Fortunatelly I still havent recieved my order, not even after some 8 weeks, so I am going to report the transaction as scam to the credit card provider. I hope I will eventually get my refund. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! One star is overly generous for their likes...

Loosely is an utter scam, ladies, don’t fall for it! Their products are total crap (poorly cut dress with bad stitching, button up jackets with fake button holes, meaning you can’t button them up, insanely crappy material). It’s Canal street import quality at best, they make Forever 21 look like luxury products. I was appalled it took over a month to ship (arrived 2-3 weeks after their estimated delivery date, and had no invoice slip or tags attached), and their return policy is a joke. They require you to send photos (who else in this age requires photos of the items? NO ONE.), and make you ship the bogus clothing to UK at your own expense (my horrible jacket and awfully cut dressed would have cost $90 in shipping). They refuse to accept it without tracking number - which they know is going to cost you enough money to deter you from sending a return. All three things I purchased are unwearable, and I’m left with a clothing donation pile and $150 in the hole. I’ve never experienced such poor service, product, and follow up. All I can say is 100% DO NOT BUY from LOOSELY!!! I hope my expensive experience saves the rest of you from wasting your money, it sounds like many others have had a similar experience. Can not believe they stay in business and have FB and IG followers. Buy from a department store, other reputable online stores, Target...heck, Forever 21, even, anywhere but Loosely.

One star is incredibly generous if I do say so. This company is unbelievable and makes me sick to my stomach and so so so mad at myself for not researching/reviewing them before my purchase. Spent 200 on items I was so excited to wear, what I received was nothing like what I purchased. Half the order was wrong, they wanted pictures to prove it?? What The F? You sent me the wrong color and wrong size, I didn't make that up. The other items were pure trash. Not as long or non transparent as what I thought I was buying. Incredibly deceiving company. How the F*** do we get anything back from them? Or is it just a tough SOL loss!!?? AGAIN, how can we SCAM them or at least get a minimum of our money back?! I hate this.

Ordered the chunky blanket and it fell apart as I was taking it out of the packaging! I wish I found this site before ordering. I’m not even going to bother paying to send it back! I’m not giving them another cent. They probably take all the returns and resend them to unsuspecting customers.

It is a scam! I ordered a product for Christmas 2017 - a blanket for my daughter. It arrived in January. It was wrong colour, poor quality and a third of the size that was stated in the order. I asked to return it which I did in February. I had to send it to China at a cost to me of $30 CDN. I waited for my refund. They said for weeks which turned into months that they had not received it. Eventually 3 weeks ago they said that they had received it and I would be receiving a refund within 10 business days. Two weeks past and they are now telling me that they are unable to refund my money as too much time has past! I am furious! The blanket cost $100 and return shipping $30 - all for nothing. I was in touch with an Estelle during all this process. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE CROOKS!

I’m so fed up and angry. The clothes were tiny compared to the sizes, threadbare and smelt musty. I wrote back and got standard replies from “Esther” at the company (more like Sergei) telling me they’d never had the return. I had proof of postage but no good. Lost £80. Do not trust Loosely. Bunch of bandits.

I purchased items totally not like described very cheap quality cost me $70 then when I tried to return it they said no we didn't receive it bring proof of delivery to refund the money never again no one should buy anything from them

Crap quality, don't buy from them! Ordered 4 items and they are all super cheaply made and not at all as represented in the photos. The material is cheap and so thin it's see-through. The colours are totally wrong, not even close to the photos. It was 2-3 weeks late being shipped. It is just a scam company that probably uses someone else's clothing photos.

Bought a chunky blanket that is a piece of junk. The material is just like a cotton ball and tears apart like one. They would not pay for the return shipping because I did not want another one. They shipped it from the US but have a UK return address. The shipping is $71. I am not wasting my money to return it since they will probably never give my refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Wish I would have looked at the reviews first.

Both pieces I bought were really cheaply made. One came apart at the seams after wearing it a couple hours. Complete waste of money!!

Paid $170 for dresses, paid $15 shipping, email confirmation said 7-12 day delivery, after emailing I was told 20 business days plus 5days for handling. Items showed up 35 days later from china damaged or with uneven seams and terrible quality, and now I have to pay $51.60 to return damaged items to the UK? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Terrible customer service and a fake 1800 number.

I paid $90 USD for two items that never arrived and when I asked customer service they said it "did" arrive and that it was my fault and that I should have to chase the package with USPS. I tried and was told the tracking code was invalid and not real. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

My boyfriend paid £50 for a big woven knit blanket that should have arrived for Christmas. After many emails and complaints, it finally arrived in March. However what arrived was an itchy, cheaply made, poor excuse of a blanket. We complained and were told to send it back for a refund. It cost an additional £20 to send it back and guess what, it is now August and we still haven't received our money back. £70 spent on nothing. Just don't even go there!
