Amazing service.
Can not recommend more. My boiler was flooding and my house was practically a swimming pool. It was 6am and i was short for options. Called this company i found on google and they had a engineer here within 20minutes. Idris turned off the water and removed all the water that was on the floor. He came back in the afternoon with the parts and resolved the problem for me. Ill be sure to use this company for any future problems. Big shout out to Idris and the lovely chap over the phone who helped me out.

I had a leak that was bothering my downstairs neighbors, so I called them. They came in less than 30 minutes, found the leak, fixed it, and even cleaned up after themselves! They were really professional and didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

Thumbs Up London Emergency Plumber at 4pm…
Called London Emergency Plumber at 4pm for a water leak in the kitchen. Staff was super friendly and professional. Arranged Iliyas to come to the flat at 6pm. Iliyas was on time, super efficient and friendly. He solved the issue and replaced a part. He made sure that the water does not leak before leaving the flat. He did a great job! My call out charge was only £49 and the hourly charge was £120. Overall it is a reasonable amount. But most importantly, Iliyas did the job!

Very efficient
Very efficient, pleasant plumber called Iliyas. He communicated with us prior to arriving and came with the parts we needed and finished the job in under 30 mins.
Great price was quoted prior to the job being done, then just paid for the additional parts on top. So much more affordable than big commercial companies who charge you for saying hello.

Rude and abusive
Terribly rude, unhelpful and expensive. We had a shower tap that broke and would not turn off. Refused to be fix the issue citing all sorts of excuses even though paid for an hour which was £485 for the hour. We insisted he try to fix it but he kept saying he would have to break all sorts and cause more damage. All he did was find the mains tap outside and turn it off and even then was shouting and abusive. They had all sorts of hidden costs in admin fee on top of call out fee and 270+ for the hour charge although at the call, we were only told about the call out fee. Avoid like the plague. Go with Pimlico plumbers if in emergency. At least they're up front with the costs.

Upon returning from holiday on Sunday…
Upon returning from holiday on Sunday night I arrived to discover our basement almost entirely underwater. Called London Emergency Plumbing and was told that they could be with me within the hour. Iliyas arrived in 10 minutes and even within that time had called twice to try and help the situation over the phone. He identified the problem immediately and after providing a temporary fix, I asked him to return to complete the remedial work as soon as possible. A cancellation allowed him to come back almost immediately in the morning. He rescued a bad situation from becoming catastrophic. Yes, Sunday night emergency plumbing in West London is certainly expensive, however if you are looking to have the work done in a professional, timely fashion then I would not hesitate in giving this company a call. The peace of mind it provided was worth the fee alone.

Great Service
We needed an urgent fix to a leaky toilet and LEP picked up the job almost instantly. After some quick correspondence via WhatsApp, an inspection was arranged promptly on the same day. Fast, reliable and cost effective

Called 020 8064 1046 on 3rd June due to leak in my house, I was told £100 for call out charge, The plumber that arrived just stopped it, didn't fix it I was charged call out £100, hourly rate £395, admin fee £100.98, VAT £119.20 total £715.18, the same plumber offered to come back in 3 days to pay him £100 cash and £50 for material to fix it and he cancelled due to chest infection. Amazing service
My boiler started leaking out of no where and I didn’t know what to do. It was at around 11pm and I was scrambling for options. Called up this company and they showed up within 45 minutes. The lovely engineer stopped the leak straight away and made sure everything was safe and no further damage would be caused. He said he would be back the following morning with the parts to fix the job. He came the following morning and solved the problem. Couldn’t thank you guys more. I would highly recommend.
