Iliyas is the plumber and he did a great job. He did remove the food disposal unit and installed conventional sink drain. His work was flawless and so professional. He is very punctual and completed it within the said/agreed time frame. Love to work with him again.

An entire scam
You get quoted £60 for a callout fee. If they do the job should charge £195 an hour. The engineer was with the boiler for 15 minutes and said he knew the problem didn’t have the part and was too busy to get it and then I’m left with a £350 bill. For your sanity to not feel mugged off just don’t bother.

Please avoid, massive hidden charges!!
Please avoid! Just like many other reviewers on here, I feel scammed by this company. I was given a quote for the callout fee of £69 over the phone.
After the engineer already arrived I was sent an invoice which showed an hourly rate of 195 pounds, +17% admin fee plus the VAT in a lengthy email. The engineer identified but did not resolve the issue, suggesting more parts were needed which may be fair enough. However the charge for this minimal effort was nearly £400.
I strongly advise you to stay away from this company, I certainly feel scammed and frankly pressured into paying over a huge sum for a very short diagnostic piece of work which took about 20 minutes.
