Flawless Collection & Return
Had a late night flight to Pisa, arrived at car rental desk, the customer agent was polite, friendly & explained everything clearly & I was away in 5 minutes. They gave me an upgrade at no extra cost, so that was a bonus & car was a 2026 model.
Smooth process on returning the vehicle, customer agent checked the car etc, no issues. Overall great experience & will definitely use Locauto again

Excellent Service Every Time
We have rented cars from Locauto at Pisa Airport three times now, and every experience has been excellent. The staff are always friendly, professional, and honest. The cars are clean, reliable, and well maintained, and we’ve never had any unexpected charges or unpleasant surprises.
Both the pick up and return processes are quick, smooth, and hassle free, making the whole experience very convenient.
After three great rentals, we can confidently say that Locauto is our first choice whenever we visit the area. Highly recommended!

Best I’ve found at Pisa
I have used many car rental companies from Pisa over many years. Locauto have got it together their system, check out, check in, with confirmation emails works. Staff are very good. Having said that I have never had a ‘damage’ issue with them and that is the real test.

I'd use Locauto again without hesitation
Our Locauto experience at Pisa airport was very good. A bit frustrating to find a long queue at the rental desk, but I suppose that's to be expected at an airport where everyone arrives at the same time. The queue moved quite quickly, especially when Georgio came to the desk. He was quick and efficient at processing the bookings and sped things up considerably. Very happy with our VW Tiguan and the hire price. At the pick up, there was a fair and honest review of the car and notes made of existing knocks and scrapes. We were soon on our way. It was a similar story on our return where we met Georgio again, who quickly examined the vehicle and helped us unload our luggage. He could not have made a better job of looking after customers, and I hope his bosses read this. Would I use Locauto again at Pisa? In a heartbeat.
