Great service, straightforward process
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gave good recommendations based on last rental with them regarding fuel. Very fast process to get car sorted. Outdoor of hours return was easy too

Booked through Zest in Pisa
Booked through Zest. Easy check in even though our delayed flight made us several hours late to collect. There was no upsell pressure at the desk and we got a nice free upgrade. At the lot, the agent gave us time to inspect the car before signing it over and was there with us.
I appreciated this because at some places they just throw the keys at you and say goodbye, then, if you spot anything it's a pain finding anyone.
Return was much the same. The staff were brisk but friendly. I would use Locauto again.

Nice cars, quick process of checking the car out and in. I recommend to get full insurance with them. It always make your trim stress free.

Seamless check and helpful counter staff.
Car was relatively new and well kept.
They give a thorough chck so you can be sure that all dents and scratches are accounted for before you leave the forecourt.
