I appreciated how easy and affordable Locauto was for renting a car next-day in Italy. While a lot of rental companies can try to scam tourists (such as Italy Car Rent), Locauto did not. Their customer service was attentive and friendly when picking up and dropping off my rented cars, and when I got a flat tire during my rental time. However, I am only giving 3 stars as their billing process for the cost of the flat tire was slow and clunky. I didn't receive an invoice for the flat tire until a month past the end date of my trip and instead of putting all the charges into one invoice, they were split into two invoices that I received days apart from each other. This made my process to file an insurance claim a bit complicated as I completed my claim before the second invoice came in. In conclusion, however, the staff of Locauto at the Pisa Airport were very kind and trustworthy, so that was extremely appreciated!

The waiting time in both reception and the car park was minimal the staff were very pleasant.
One point I would like to make is that I asked for an Audi A5 and was given a VW TROC, so the guy in the car park said they only had the VW. No offence VW but I think Audi are better. Apart from that the car was fine so no complaints. I would use this company again.

Everything was good. Car was nice and new. Staff was good. But you should to explain more about insurence rules. I have to paid for insures for two time, first when i am book the car (from discovered cars) and when second time in your offise because you said that you couldin't see the insures
