We were very skeptical considering some of the reviews. However, we were pleasently surprised! A smooth collection where we upgraded our car with ease and no pressure. No forced upselling of insurance either. Returned and not a problem at handover, car was checked over and all good. We'd use again.

We had a very positive experience with Locauto during our trip to Italy. We picked up the car at Pisa Airport and returned it at Florence Airport, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

The staff were friendly, professional and helpful, the car was in excellent condition, and both pick-up and return were quick and easy. We also rented two child seats, which worked perfectly and made travelling as a family much easier.

We really appreciated the flexibility of picking up the car in Pisa and returning it in Florence. We are very happy with our experience and would definitely choose Locauto again next time we rent a car in Italy. Highly recommended!

The car was very good mechanically and comfortable but we needed an explanation of the displays, especially how to work the nav and how to show distance run. We could not change driver display from tyre pressures and had great difficulty entering destinations desired in nav.

Insist on the chosen car model. There was an attempt to offer me a cheaper car instead, while my car model was standing nearby. I insisted on my model and they gave it to me immediately. What's it? I can't understand the reasons for the replacement. Car was fine and other service too.

I highly recommend this place!
The whole house was incredibly clean and well maintained. We honestly felt a little bit like we were spending the best summer holidays at our grandparents’ countryside home just with a swimming pool and all the comforts.

A huge plus was the air conditioning in every bedroom, as well as the swimming pool and dishwasher. With a family, these little things make such a big difference and make your stay so much more comfortable.

The owners were absolutely lovely, very friendly and always easy to contact. The location is beautiful and peaceful.

If you’re looking for a wonderful place for a family holiday, I can honestly highly recommend it!

Quick rental process, nice and professional staff and the car was really nice.

Helpdesk was efficient and quick, picking up the car straightforward with minimal waiting time, and the returning checks were completed within 15 mins of returning the vehicle. A pain free experience!
