Upon picking the car up, the lady was very helpful, kind, and professional. We felt positive about the experience.
The cars were in great condition, with no technical faults.

We are very disappointed for no answer regarding our problems. We send two emails to your different addresses but no any answer steel. We call once to your emergency telephone but no real interest how we managed our problems. We had much better opinion about your service, but we are disappointed.
