I arrived to the airport early and got…
I arrived to the airport early and got an option to get a different car faster, so I don't have to wait.
Picking up car was few seconds process I just got the keys.
Return was the same, I was worried about admin and detailed car observation, but I really just return the keys and the process took less than a minute.
So my experience was great

Excellent service from start to finish! Everything was great. They are one of the few car rental companies that don’t require a deposit, which is a huge plus. The service was excellent and very fast, both when picking up the car and when returning it. The whole process was smooth, easy and hassle-free. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We got the best price from Locauto so we didn't had very high expectations but we got an upgrade on the vehicle and the staff was very helpful and fast both on pick up and drop down.

No customer service
The do not encourage customer service, they do not reply to any of written messages, they do not have an email contact, they only care for money charge. It is unlikely to care more for their service since I do not have anyone to address to from customer service! I am nearly at a canceling reservation with them. Bad service; I am deeply afraind of having the car rental afterall.
