I’ve been dealing with LMO for about 4 years now. Was finding it hard to get finance elsewhere and was able to speak to them and come up with an agreement. During a period of ill health and out of work, they were empathetic and very understanding and worked with me instead of fear mongering and threatening. Every member of staff I’ve spoken to have been pleasant and helpful. I’ve recently refinanced my car and dealt in particular with Chloe and Monika who are exceptional but I can’t speak highly enough of the staff as a whole. All in all, a great company to deal. Flexible, understanding and willing to work with you.

Recently dealt with this company to finance a vehicle purchase. I have to be honest and say that the process was pretty straight forward, quick and no hassle at all. The staff there kept in contact and let me know what they needed and when and what was going on at all times. I am very happy with the service and would recommend to others.
All in all a painfree experience from start to finish!!

Absolute joke of a company!!!! Passing my enquiry on like the chuckle brothers!!! To me, to you, to me, to you!!!! The employees don’t have the basic manners to speak to customers. Very rude on the phone!!!!! Enquired about a place which I was ready to go with but for 6 weeks they apparently can’t seem to reply or communicate. Absolute joke of an organisation!!!!

If i could give zero stars I would...
.y finance was taken out a few years ago, I paid it off early, thought no more about it, move forward to half way through 2024 decide to get a mortgage, to which have been denied as this crowd have wrongly marked my file as settlement instead of closed due to paying off my loan early.
After months of struggling to get in contact with someone to amend a credit file which was wrongly marked by LM Operations because I paid off my finance early, finally been accepted to be changed by numerous emails and calls to Central bank of Ireland, now i am still waiting for LM Operations to follow through and change it, this unnecessary length of time has removed my chances of receiving a mortgage, due to there incapability to answer there phones in customer care or emails for that matter, I have contacted every day more or less for the guts of 3 months and still waiting on someone to contact me to give me a time frame to fix what they have been requested to do, i have had left numerous requests for call backs, numerous emails sent by me, and left by staff who are also unable to contact customer care which is outrageous in its own,
Do not pay your finance off early unless you want your credit report ruined by this company.
I feel sorry for the alot of the staff that I have dealt with as they are very nice and genuine and stuck in a place that has no ability to deal with there customers properly,
All I want is my report to be corrected and o can put this behind me, never to deal with LM Operations again..
I just want to point out, I have contacted your customer care team via the email you supplied ( before you edited it and removed thay option) which i an assuming is because you can see the number of calls emails and everything else I have left over the last few months (lmosales@lmoperations, enquiries@lmoperations,
customercare@marshfinance,
And the lm customer care email address).
I have sent numerous emails and requests for a call backs to no avail, and all you have to do is see the request has been granted by the Central bank of Ireland for you to change my credit file which you have not done yet.
I have also now used that link you have also sent which will add to the ignored emails I have been sending.
Assuming someone can look and change that file ASAP, is all I'm looking for.

I have not had the issue resolved, and your statement of a settlement is wrong, as previously explained and sent via email, this is why I have been granted an amendment via CCR if you see the emails sent to you, then you can see this has been requested for youse to change with agreement to change it, this was accepted on the 17th of January and I have emailed across the letter from CCR report,
Just update the file and it can be closed and moved on, this has not been done this far which is just over 3 weeks just I had the amendment granted by CCR, if someone could ring me rather than a back and forth fob off here that would be something, I have been getting in touch constantly to no avail as your staff aren't able to contact customer care, so customer care needs to contact me..

I'm happy with the process of hire purchase. They made it clear what are the expectations and that I understand the T&Cs.
Their process of signing the contract and the call back is very useful to make sure that consumers understand their commitments.
