I have had to make a claim for a damaged windscreen and was referred to Autoglass on your claims portal. The process seemed fairly easy so we were fairly pleased and, received in return a notification from Autoglass stating that our order was in process and, we would receive an appointment shortly. 24 hours later and no contact, we called Autoglass for an update. Our call was answered by Monai who far from being helpful showed complete distain for our call and, lacked every care and consideration for her customer. She advised us that more payment was required without qualifying what this related to with any conviction or facts - leading me to believe I was being subject to some sort of scam. She quoted amounts ranging from £82.90 plus VAT to £192 failing to give a full explanation of what this referred to. She advised me that a call had been made to me yesterday about the appointment - this person being known as Ben but did not advise when or, what number was called. Since I have not heard from Ben or have any record of a missed call I assume that this is a mistake at best and a lie at worse! The purpose of the call was allegedly to advise me that the replacement of my windscreen would need to be done in Branch - I wonder what would have happened if I had not called to make an enquiry in the first place? I have now booked an appointment regrettably some two weeks away being the nearest date when I am able to take my vehicle in for a fix. What a pity that my holiday to Scotland due to commence this weekend will be viewed through a cracked windscreen. Hardly a good service eh! I would like a copy of my recorded telephone call with Monai, at Autoglass and, will be referring this matter further. This is clearly not what I expected from your service or, your appointed agents.

Needed to call about a new claim on Friday evening only to be told closed until Monday. Which was extremely unhelpful called out of hours and he didn’t know what to do . Got cut off and sorted it ourselves
