We ordered two towers which we assumed would be delivered together. One arrived the next day but there was no sign of the other, and no tracking info available. After chasing up twice, the second one... See more

We bought the Learning Tower with slide for our granddaughter’s first birthday. She absolutely loved it, particularly the slide. I love the fact that it can be a tower for her to stand at the kitchen island/bench but also, can easily become a table for 2 toddlers or a slide!

These towers are great for toddlers. They enable them to share activities on the kitchen worktop

Having ordered the wrong colour by mistake I contacted the company. Jen has been fantastic in sorting the return and sending the replacement Learning Tower . Amazing quick response, answering all my questions immediately. I’m so looking forward to delivering it to my Granddaughter. First class service from LTC. Well done!!

Delivery arrived quickly and product is great however the build instructions were extremely difficult. The print out that came with the tower was illegible (looked like printer was running out of ink) so was very hard to get all instructions. QR code was helpful however the video was filmed in a different process order to the print instructions so very confusing. It also wasn’t fantastic in showing which screws are used for each piece. Suggest to align the steps with the print out to the video and be more prescriptive in the video. I don’t always use instructions, however when building something of decent height for a toddler, clear instructions are imperative for safety.

Love the learning tower. We got the convertible one and whether table or tower it’s amazing!

Although the design is reasonably sound and the finish on the wooden parts good, the product is spoiled by the cheap, poor quality screws supplied for assembly. The socket heads are easily rounded by the equally bad Allen wrench in the kit. I can’t finish the assembly tonight as I will have to move it to a workshop environment where i will have better quality tools and possibly replacement screws. Very disappointing given the price.

I had been eyeing up the tower for months, but living in a flat had no place to store it before the birthday so the short delivery time was great. It's really sturdy and well made, if you're not used to flat pack instructions assembly may take a while but I found it fine. My 12 month old lives sitting at her own little table and standing on her tower to watch me cook. She's getting the slide attachment for Christmas but I'm sure it'll be a hit.

Very prompt arrival and well packaged.
Clear and easy instructions and didn’t take long to assemble.
Product as described and our child is getting used to happily learning to climb all over it!

My daughter absolutely loves using her tower. She will only eat here and not sitting down. She helps me in the kitchen and makes her feel part of the action. Can't recommend more highly.

I ordered the black convertible tower for my 14 month old toddler and was absolutely buzzing for this to arrive as I knew my little boy would love it as he loves giving a helping hand in the kitchen. I sat deciding which one to order and settled on the learning tower company. Delivery was quick and the item was easy to put together, I love the concept and think it’s great having one piece of equipment that does 2 jobs. However, considering this is a piece of equipment made for a toddler the quality of paint used for the black finish is utterly terrible. We’ve had this less than a month and it is already chipped/scratched in various places. Even when putting the feet on the paint was scratching off. I have various black furniture in the house and have never had this problem. I’m always happy to spend the money for a good long lasting bit of equipment but I feel like within a few months this is just going to look battered and tatty. Nothing has even fallen or been bashed into the tower it’s purely from moving it around etc. unfortunately the quality isn’t worth the money spent.
Update 01/11/2025: After writing my review I was contacted by Jen from The Learning Tower company and they were really helpful and prompt at resolving the issue. The newer model with improved paint finish was sent to me and the old one collected. The new model's paint finish is really nice and matt but also a lot more scuff/chip resistant and most of all toddler proof lol. Really impressed with how quickly this was resolved, It's great that they listen to customer feedback and continue to make improvements on their products.
