Brilliant customer service
Needed replacement seals for the bottom of curved doors.Coud not find any anywhere.The company who I used to fit the enclosure were about as helful as a chocolate fire guard. Last ressort hadd to contact Lakes myself in the hoe I could find a stockist of their products somewhere. email answered promptly asking for more iformation and possible photo. Duly sent. Email back saying relpacements pats sent free of charge. What briliant service . A company with old fashion values that go more than the extra mile to help. Can't thank them enough
