Shower Door Shock
My Lakes shower door exploded into tiny fragments in the middle of the night. It had been installed in 2011. Although it has a lifetime guarantee, I had no invoice for the item- only the invoice for the installation of the complete bathroom refurbishment. I rang Lakes initially to enquire about a replacement door. On explanation of what had happened, Craig, the customer services person I spoke to, told me to take photos and email them through and they would send me a replacement unit. This was on a Monday - he got it on the van that afternoon and it was with me the next morning! Amazing customer service. Thank you and particular thanks to Craig who was so helpful.

Good product that worked really well on…
Good product that worked really well on both a six month old shower screen and a much older over bath shower screen. Will definitely be keeping up the treatments.
