The service that I encountered was top class and just as one would have expected in years past.

Contacted customer support to ask if I could buy new plastic seals for a 15 year old shower. I was told they were free, just had to pay post and packing. They arrived 2 days later. Fantastic customer service.

Shane was amazing, sorted our shower screen quickly and efficiently, showed us everything we needed to know.

Parts of a shower enclosure showed serious signs of wear and tear after years of use with hard water and sunshine exposure, mainly the rubber seals becoming brittle and the lower rollers becoming encased in limescale deposits - with one quick phone call, I was assured that the replacement parts would be covered under warranty, I was only liable for the shipping costs (using a courier service due to the unwieldy size of the items). I'm utterly impressed and can only recomment LAKES Bathrooms!

Katie in customer services was so helpful and very efficient. Our quadrant shower is around 18 years old and all we have had to replace is door sills and bottom wheels.
Would highly recommend Lakes Showers to anyone who wants a wants a superb shower.

Lakes customer service cannot be bettered in my opinion, from my initial telephone call to this company to having a technical installation problem excellently resolved.

My high praise goes to both Stuart, whom I had first contact with, to Alan (Service Engineer) who visited my property this morning, and who completed the installation of a stubborn hinged shower door.

As Alan said to me “treat others as you would wish to be treated”. He certainly did this!!

He was conscientious, polite, tidy, friendly, respectful and importantly, was able to competently resolve the problems that had thwarted my previous attempts to install the shower door.

So a huge huge thanks to everyone at Lakes that have been involved in this particular job. Cannot fault you guys!!

We’ve had our Lakes shower unit for 15 years now and its still looking good. I’ve replaced the door seals, the door rollers do wear down and have needed replacing, which is not difficult. Their customer service is excellent and have always provided any help and support I’ve needed. When I do need to replace the shower unit, I will definitely use Lakes again and I recommend them to others.

Brought a shower in 2019
Needed some spare seals and door wheels
Called them and the gentleman on sales was excellent
Can’t recommend enough
Next shower we buy will again be a lakes shower

Lewis knew exactly what he was doing and he carried out the task thoroughly and communicated well. He was able to remedy the problems which had exacerbated themselves from the original installation.

The limescale on my 7 year old Lakes shower cubicle was proving difficult to remove with supermarket type cleaners. As a last resort I purchased an "AllClear" cleaning kit from the LakesShowering website.
After a few applications of the surface restorer our shower cubicle is back looking brand new.
I wish that I had tried the cleaner recommended with the cubicles original paperwork first!

Excellent Customer Service from start to finish. The Engineers 'Cam & Flet' arrived on time to repair a shower door that had dropped. Both engineers were very knowledgeable and pleasantly explained the cause of issue (manufacture defect) and rectified within an hour. Both engineers Cam & Flet are a credit to the company

We had a problem with our shower trim, and was deemed a failure.
Lewis and Cameron turned up, and in quick order replaced the unit. All done with a good care.

Contacted Lakes to find replacement parts for my Quadrant shower enclosure which was installed in 2012 and has worked fault free in all those years but was now showing signs of wear and tear I spoke to very knowledgeable advisors Stuart & Katie who guided me through the process They told me the they all the parts were in stock which was great after all this time I enquired about the cost and was told the Shower Enclosure had a Lifetime Guarantee and I would only have to pay for delivery
The service I received was excellent other companies providing similar services could take a leaf out of Lakes book and after sales service. Thank you, Brian M.

Both fitters were cheerful and helpful, gave suggestions on how to maintain and look after the unit.
Arrived on time and did a good job, would definitely recommend.
