From the minute I made the initial call, the service was excellent. She was polite, friendly and really helpful, which instantly put me at ease. I took my car in for its MOT, waited, and had it back within the hour.

Throughout the visit, the mechanic took the time to talk me through another issue with the car, which was really important for me to know. Being able to trust a garage makes such a difference, and this one absolutely delivered.

My only regret is not knowing about them sooner. Highly recommend.

Great company to deal with. Getting my major service completed with the was an excellent experience. The garage collected my car, kept me informed through the service. I used Krause Autos for some warranty, which was excellent. I have in the past used Land Rover dealership, and wanted to try a local company. I also saved over £200 which was great. I would highly recommend Krause autos for any repairs or servicing.

This garage is the best i have ever had the pleasure of taking my vehicle to, they are highly profession, polite, informative and honest, their service is second to none. Not to mention their prices are very competitive, i know they are a small run family business, but very rarely do you get such great customer satisfaction. I wont go anywhere else.

Picked up car on time, and was very considerate in terms of parking and confirming time. Work was done to a high standard and again on time - great.

Krause Autos is a great trusty garage. Collected mid morning for a major service, called to confirm it was completed and on inspection the car looks in good health. Car was back with me around 5pm.

Lovely people that work there, free collection and so trustworthy.
