Great service from Simon Hart
We worked with Simon Hart from the point of getting the agreement in principle to the point of getting the actual mortgage and signing the contract with the bank. Throughout the whole process, Simon was super helpful, always available for a quick connect to explain the next steps, and overall was very nice to work with.

Excellent service, couldn't be happier
Excellent service from Simon at Kite Mortgages. We couldn't be happier. We contacted the broker at the early stages of buying a property, Simon was super helpful from the get-go, clarifying all our doubts and questions. During the process he was always extremely efficient and very quick to come back to us, I wish there were more people as professional as Simon.

I am a first time buyer and not originally from the UK so the whole process of buying was pretty new to me. I found Kite Mortgages through unbiased.co.uk which connected me with Simon Hart. Besides finding me a great mortgage product, Simon was so patient and supportive throughout the whole process, making sure I really understood everything so I could make the right decisions. I never had to wait long for an email response and he was always happy to jump on a quick call. He also never hesitated from getting in touch directly with the sellers agent or my solicitor if needed, which made the whole process quick and stress free from start to finish. I can not recommend him enough and will definitely reach out for his services in the future.

Smooth sailing
I was matched to Simon Hart at Kite Mortgages via the unbiased.co.uk website. From beginning to completion, Simon has always been extra helpful and responsive, got us mortgage and insurance offers we were very happy with. It is quite overwhelming to buy your first home and there are a few stressful moments dealing with solicitors and planning milestones, thankfully Simon was always there to help us and provide guidance wherever he could. I had the pleasure of working with Simon from Kite Mortgages, and I couldn't be happier with their services. As a first-time buyer, the mortgage process initially felt overwhelming and confusing. Simon was amazing at explaining everything throughout this journey and clarified everything thoroughly.

Could not recommend Simon enough
I worked with Simon from Kite Mortgages and could not recommend his services enough.
As a first time buyer and not from the UK, I found the process quite complicated and confusing. But luckily I had Simon as my point of contact who was always available to answer any questions I have had, which improved my overall experience immensely. I spoke to a couple other advisors in the beginning of the processes, but none of them inspired the same level of confidence as Simon, and I definitely made the right call sticking with Simon.
