I’d highly recommend Kite Mortgages. We worked with Simon who not only got us the best rate in a rocky market but was on hand to answer all of our questions (As first time buyers, we had a lot!). He really went above and beyond: communication was brilliant, responses were quick and he took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us and all of our options. We spoke to some other brokers but felt as though they were driving a hard sell and it was hard to trust them. This wasn’t the case with Simon and the team.

Simon acted quickly to secure best available rates for me which were better than rates found by a larger broker firm that I had used previously and he made it a stress free process

Absolutely could not recommend Simon at Kite Mortgages more if I tried. I was recommended through a friend after using a much larger broker who were extremely unhelpful. The experience was so much better and Simon was so helpful throughout. I will definitely be using Kite for any future mortgages (and probably general questions about anything to do with the purchasing of houses, as he seems to know more than my solicitor!).

Simon was very helpful throughout our house buying process. He was always willing to jump on a call and discuss options even when any potential gain for him was some distance in the future. We always felt that he was there to support whatever the situation.

Simon has been responsive, clear, and cut through the mustard from day one. We were turned off our recommendation of advisor from our solicitor's and as first time buyers wondered if they were all so hard to get hold of and jargon loving! Kite were terrific, no hesitation in recommending to all.

Simon & Kite Mortgages were absolute stars throughout our entire house buying process. As first time buyers we didn't know what to expect and found certain aspects of the legal process quite stressful, on the mortgage side of things though, ZERO STRESS. Simon was so responsive, we always had a reply to our queries within an hour, if not sooner, and felt confident that we were in very safe hands throughout. If you are on the fence about giving them a call to arrange your mortgage, look no further, you have found your man! We'll be back in two years to sort out of remortgage, fingers crossed rates have decreased by then.
