First Time Home Buyers
We have been working with Simon over the past couple of months and have had a really amazing experience. Simon is very knowledgeable answering all of questions and very quick to respond to communication. Simon has been amazing from start to…
Simon has been amazing from start to finish of my flat purchase journey! I had a bit of a complex income situation with an additional job paid on a ‘casual’ schedule which Simon was able to still secure me a mortgage for! I didn’t ever feel like a bother or that I was asking silly questions, and generally was the most supportive individual who’s been involved in my flat purchase.

First time buyer here who felt overwhelmed about the whole process of mortgage applications, affordability and interest rates! We instructed Simon Hart from Kite Mortgages to help us with the whole process. Simon was attentive, informative and highly responsive. He answered all of our questions with professionalism, patience and all meticulously. Simon truly cares and it shows in his approach and communication with us. We never had to chase or follow up with anything with Simon, so always felt like he could be relied on and trusted. All of the steps of the application had detailed explanations, documents and some even came with videos to explain, if in doubt, he always provided meeting opportunities for us to jump on a video call to talk through everything. I was recommended Kite mortgages by a friend a couple of years before I wanted to purchase my first property - Simon was happy to chat through my financial situation and provided me with projections so I could work towards my first purchase. When I did then eventually put an offer on a property, Simon was super responsive and helpful in talking us through the process, answering questions, and ensuring we got the best mortgage deal the day before the rates increased!
