I was trying to obtain a doctor's note…
I was trying to obtain a doctor's note in order to keep my employment the first doctor who spoke to my filled out a generic doctors note before the visit was ever done. He refused to modify the note, I spoke with another doctor and she refused to help me at all. I promptly cancelled my K health membership.

Quick same day treatment
I was able to connect with a provider and get quick treatment. I would’ve had to wait a couple days to see my PCP. This service was a much better option to get same day treatment without throwing off the rest of my schedule for the week.

Poor UX between the bot, SMS link, and app.
The doctor hisself was helpful, respectful, kind and knowledgeable. If it were a rating for him alone, he'd be a 4/5. The reason I put one star is that the user experience is so clunky. I took 15ish minutes to fill out my basic details and "set an appointment for 2:30", of which abruptly started ended 20 minutes before that time?
Then, it's like the system times out since I "missed my appointment" that I was actually on time for. I went through the 15 minute pre-screen AGAIN, about 3 times (lost an hour), to try and figure out how to get back to the link where my doctor was. Each time I filled out the prelim questions, it just kept sending me to a new waiting link, and the doctor didn't check in.
My suggestion: Hire software engineering and UX teams that can fix these highly agitating inconsistencies between the softwares not talking to each other and data not syncing the first time it's entered.

While I think my assumption was that I would be able to "view" a doctor online and speak to them (my only slight disappointment), the Dr. I was assigned was extremely detailed oriented in her questions and was very helpful. I received my prescription on that day and I am grateful for the immediacy of the response time.

I had to use K Health because I couldn’t get my OBGYN to refill my prescription on time and was 1 day behind. I have Anthem, and I realized I have this benefit of 24/7 virtual urgent care. I downloaded the app, signed in, put in all my information, they asked for my state ID, and took a selfie to match it with it. Then they asked me all routine questions as if I were at a doctor’s office. Then I started chatting with a FNP and was able to get my prescription the same day. Everything took less than 1 hour from signing up. I recommend this service.
