Wish they would offer the tirzepatide at the $149 month to month payment, not at a 3+ months pay in advance. Other than that, its been great.

Total bait and switch on the pricing
Total bait and switch on the pricing, the advertise $149.00 a month for Trizeptide no long term contracts. I signed up and received the first month no problem actually went well. But I saw some other reviews that said the tried to hit them for $399.00 for month two. So before we get to month 2, I sent an email to there customer service and they answered and said they were going to charge me $399.00. I had asked this very question as I signed up!! They tried to give me a discount to keep me, but I don't trust them so I canceled!
I hope this helps some of you, I would not do business with them!!

Everything started out great
Everything started out great. I was told my prescription would be 149.00 always but with my 2nd order, it jumped up to 399.00! Luckily, my bank didn't have that much in it! Also, a provider didn't let me know, before sending in the script, that they were increasing my dose to 15 mg... Which I didn't want. I have been on 12.5 mg for about 5 months and I'm good with that. Now I have insurance and I get my prescription for only 25$ with a coupon.

Hi Tammy, we have both sync and async visits depending on a major list of factors - but basically meaning that someone people will see a doctor on a face-to-face video visit and others will simply submit their intake form and respond to questions via messaging! Not one way or the other - but rather we have both! You signed up for our Embody program that had a $250 off Tirzepatide code attached to your first month. So sorry that there was confusion there!

I was told that they would let me know when it is refill time before they just took my money. I didny ask for a refill because my doctor said that is wasn't safe to take. I wanted my money back before it ships and no response. I will return to sender

Don't order from this company, they don't deliver what you expect and they don't give refunds
When I signed up, I explained that I had already been on 15mg prescription of Zebound for the past year which I stopped taking a month ago. I instructed that I want the same dosage that my previous doctor ordered for me; I wrote that in my description when I place my order as a requirement. But when the package arrived from Embody, they only sent 2.5 mg. I promptly called them and told them it wasn't correct and I wanted them to replace the prescription with 15 mg that I ordered and had already been using. Embody refused, and I am stuck with what appears to be a watered-down product that is useless to me and that I wasn't able to get a refund for. Embody did not do what I explicitly instructed them to do and they did not inform me that they were going to 'bait and switch' dosages on me claiming that since they never work with me before, they had to start the prescription at 2.5 mg, which is ridiculous. I've signed up with a new company, and they shipped 15 mg without any issues. DO NOT use Embody. There are other competitors who are more upfront and honest than this company is, especially since I'm now finding out from other people who have commented, that Embody charges more money for higher mg dosages? Most competitors out there don't do this. This company is misleading and I would argue even deceptive because they use this tactic to get your money and then don't give you the product that you were expecting, and no refunds especially if you order more than one month up front.

All of our providers do the best to support patients on individual journeys and we have a satisfaction policy in place and stand behind it. Restarting at a high dose after a gap can significantly increase the risk of side effects like severe nausea/vomiting, dehydration, low blood pressure, and more serious complications such as gallbladder issues or pancreatitis. Providers generally re-start more cautiously when there’s any meaningful interruption to reduce these risks. I can't comment on what other companies or providers would do but quality of care is more important for us. With that said, I will make sure you get a full refund!
