Caring customer service and great product
Kendamil is doing amazing. Their customer service is ready and available to answer questions and concerns. I personally had a concern with 2 cans of Kendamil and they were quick to acknowledge, replace and allow me to send over my cans so they can research further. They gave me a good explanation for what I was possibly experiencing and still chose to take my affected cans in to be sure. Thank you Kendamil. Your product has great quality! It smells so good compared to other brands that smell like chemicals. Thank you for being so caring and supportive through my formula journey.

The formulation has changed
The formulation has changed. And it doesn't dissolve unless aggressively mixed. Unlike before, it dissolved rather easily. Disappointed.

Kindamilk tin box not user friendly
Kindamilk is good quality product but its tin lid is so poorly designed doesn’t open easily. Its sharp spiky edges hurt fingers so many times. It’s too difficult to open when you are doing multiple things at the same time. Tin box opening is not user friendly.

Opening Mechanism:
The primary issue is with the pull-tab mechanism on the plastic lid. When I try to pull the tab to open the lid, it often feels like it's not catching properly or requires excessive force.
Sharp Edges:
When the lid does start to lift, the edges that are created are very sharp and spiky. This has unfortunately caused minor cuts or pricks to my fingers on multiple occasions when I've been trying to fully remove the lid or handle it.
Difficulty with Multiple Tasks:
As mentioned, the difficulty is amplified when I'm trying to open the tin while also holding my baby or managing other tasks. The struggle to get a good, safe grip and apply the right amount of pressure makes it a frustrating experience.

Kindamilk tin opening
Kendamil provides excellent nutrition, and we are very happy with the milk itself. However, the tin's lid is a major disappointment due to its poor design. It is incredibly difficult to open, often requiring so much force that it causes pain or even minor injuries to my fingers. For a premium product, the packaging should be user-friendly, especially for parents who are often multitasking. I truly hope the company takes this feedback seriously and redesigns the lid to ensure a safer and smoother experience for customers.

The only disappointment was the condition of the actual tins. We ordered 3 and all 3 tins were badly dented. You’d think coming straight from the manufacturer more care would have been taken to ensure pride in the product’s appearance all the tins we received looked like they’d been ran over or thrown from a great height

Brilliant products, brilliant customer service,company
I am using kendamil ready to feed formula since my baby was born( now we have nearly 10 months) and we never had colics, constipation ,diareea or other problems. We tried once the goat powder formula and is so delicious ( i tried myself) but is easier with the ready to feed formula.
Another great thing at Kendamil is that when I travel in Spain for holiday I can order directly to the hotel my baby milk and this for me was a life saver.
The order arrived in time and in perfect condition. Happy baby,happy mama!
This company is absolutely brilliant in customer service,products are the best on the world , for delivering orders they work with good company who manage parcels with care i never had a broken box ,never the driver thrown the box with hate......drivers are so nice that they put boxes inside of my house because they are heavy.
I recommend Kendamill millions time!

So much easier buying my baby milk…
So much easier buying my baby milk online as it’s not always available in the shops.
My baby has been absolutely fine on this milk and doesn’t suffer with colic or wind problems either.

My baby just loves the organic milk I tried one of the other makes when he was first born 10 weeks ago however it was one of the brands that was taken off the market so i changed to Kenamil and I'm so glad I did.

Switching formula was the best decision we ever made for our baby girl!
We were advised by the midwives that all formulas are the same so I will be honest, I didn’t do loads of research and just picked whichever. For the first 3 months, the other brand was great! Baby girl was tolerating it and thriving on it in terms of her growth. However after the 3 month mark, me and my husband noticed that she was struggling a lot with feeds. She would struggle to burp and then keep this burp in her till the next feed and then wouldn’t feed until she had had the previous burp. It was really sad to see and sometimes distressing for both me and her. At this point we decided to do some more research and switch formula brands. A few of our friends were using Kendamil for their babies to it appealed to us. We bought 1 tub to trial and from the get go, our baby girl LOVED the milk! She was suddenly finishing her full feed, asking for more, burping, not unhappy in any way. She was even having more frequent bowel movements which was reassuring for us. I have since set up a monthly subscription for both the formula and the pro comfort drops - this is SO convenient. To know I will never be without formula and it will come straight to my door is amazing. We have now been using Kendamil for almost 3 weeks and she definitely loves it. It smells better and she feels more settled and content. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone!

The lids on the ready to feed bottles…
The lids on the ready to feed bottles leak after opening. Not ideal for on the go / travelling. They leaked multiple times so wasted a lot of milk

For our Ready to Feed bottles, we recommend keeping them stored upright, and once opened they should be kept in the fridge and used within 24 hours. If the bottle is laid on its side after opening, small leaks can sometimes occur around the cap.
