As a first mom
As a mom, choosing the right formula for my baby is very important to me. I’ve been using Kendamil Whole Milk Formula since my baby was a newborn, and I can honestly say I’m very satisfied with it.
What I love most about Kendamil is that it uses whole milk instead of skim milk. This means it contains natural milk fats that are gentle on my baby’s tummy and closer to breast milk. I noticed that my baby digests it well—less fussiness, less gas, and more comfortable sleep.
Another thing I appreciate is that Kendamil has no palm oil, no fish oil, and no artificial additives. It’s made with high-quality ingredients, and you can really feel that it’s a clean and premium formula. The smell is also mild and creamy, not too strong like other formulas.
Since using Kendamil, my baby has been growing well, gaining weight normally, and staying active and happy. As a mom, that gives me peace of mind every day.
I would definitely recommend Kendamil Whole Milk Formula to other moms who are looking for a gentle, natural, and high-quality formula for their babies. It’s been a great choice for our family.

Great product and real people
Kendamil as a product so far can’t fault it. We are weaning from breast milk to formula and she loves it. We did have an issue which I went to customer service about and honestly my 1st experience with the live chat was not a great one but I put a complaint in through email and a lady called Jane in their customer service team went above and beyond to make sure the problem I had was sorted and my experience was a positive one. Cause of this I would highly recommend not only the brand but their customer service. They were quick to resolve a negative experience into a positive and were honest and that’s something I can appreciate in a company.

contaminant found in tin, kendamil ignored me
I found a foreign object in my tin of comfort milk. It looks like a thin piece of grass or a spiders leg. I contacted Kendamil on there website over 2 weeks ago. I gave them the batch details and information, yet I have received NO contact from them. Disgusting that a company priding itself on providing food for babies wouldn't try to investigate and follow up.

Totally recommended
My baby suffered from severe constipation, and I tried several brands recommended by the pediatrician until I found the best and cleanest formula on the market. I discovered Kendamil. My baby has recovered completely with this formula and is doing great. She no longer has tummy aches or constipation. I recommend it to everyone. Other formulas contain very unhealthy ingredients for babies.

Ordered 4 tubs of formula when all the recalled batches were happening. We have always used kendamil but were struggling to get it locally.

False offers and bad customer services.
I was referred to this company with the refer a friend, get a free gift offer. I followed all the terms of the offer, ie,sign up and place an order, Got my points for free gift of baby drops but needed to place another order to redeem. When I came to place another order my points are no longer available to redeem for gift. Contacted customer services for help but no help given, just went around in circles asking irrelevant questions and making excuses. Why make offers of free gift if you are unwilling to compete the offer? I completed my side of the terms of the offer but this company has refused to acknowledge that they have not and won’t do anything to resolve.
I would not trust ‘offers’ this company makes. Customer services are also completely useless if you encounter a problem!

Great customer service but…
Great customer service but the despatch time on orders is awful, they keep blaming the bank holiday weekend but that was over a week ago. It's been 5 days and still no despatch confirmation, Ive tried explaining to my 9 week old Granddaughter it's because of the bank holiday she just wants her food!
Update: Now 8 days and no despatch for my 1st order placed!

Good product, ethical and high quality. Mu baby loves it, just wish it wasn't so expensive but that's true of all formula.

Hi Ruby, thank you for your review. Please note that Goat milk is available in smaller quantities than cow’s milk, and sourcing it at the required quality and scale for infant formula is more complex.
As a result, goat formula is generally more costly to produce, which is reflected in the retail price.

Zero gastric issues
My baby was having gastric issues with other formulas and one friend suggested the kendamil organic grass-fed formula and since I started giving kendamil, my baby is so peaceful and satisfied. Thanks a lot kendamil!

The drops are amazing
The drops are amazing! My baby instantly releases gas and burps a lot more easily when using the drops!
