The customer service with these guys has been crazy! Second time purchasing trainers from Jude. Quality it crazy, they went above and beyond to get me the trainers I wanted in time for an event. Had constant communication, honestly not had service like it from a retailer before! Big thanks to the team!

The design, comfort, service are all incomparable. The very best of footwear creating their own style. I’ve recently bought another 2 pairs of their newest releases and yet again, I have nothing to be disappointed in.

Been 3 weeks since my parcel has been missing with dpd. Johnny keeps telling me to wait for dpd to get in touch. Really disgusting to treat me this way having to wait when I'm out of pocket by £268. Do the right thing and refund me. Deal with dpd. Customer always comes first! Half the time I don't get a response. Sent numerous messages. Terrible experience expected better.

Received my black Nico trainers this morning and all I’m going to say is you need to get onto Jude Llow. They fit like a glove, quality is top tier. Was hesitant at first but I kept seeing them on sponsored ads and started following for a whilec had to cop and will definitely be buying more.

Excellent trainers! The quality is outstanding, comfortable, well made, and exactly as described. Delivery was fast, which was a great bonus. I also loved the 10% discount for first-time buyers, which made the purchase even better value. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be buying again.

Avoid buying shoes from this company ordered 3 pairs 1st pair turned up lovely, was impressed with trainer so ordered a different colour that took over 5 weeks still hadn’t arrive then took another 3 months to get refund, silly me thought I’d try again only to be sent the wrong trainer for the director to say he sents out other pair to replace with never turned up I held the wrong pair back till new ones arrived cause knew how this company run so I’ve been stuck with wrong trainer that was cheaper than what I ordered and no one what to do anything about now no reply
