What a guy. Messaged directly as I was born with a condition needing 2 different sizes. Couldn’t be more helpful, and was happy to accommodate for someone with a disability. Unreal fit & style shoes as well . 10/10 will buy again

The trainers haven’t lasted longer than 5 weeks. They are only worn on weekends too. Very poor quality for the price.

The trainers look good but the quality isn’t great, the glue that holds the sole has already starting separating after just 1 month.

Wife got me some trainers, they were a bit big and wanted to exchange, was happy to exchange and always available with one off sizes of trainers at good value, hoping for the Trents to make a return soon lol, lovely trainers 👊

Customer service is very hit and miss now days with most people ordering online, I can confidently say that I have had the best experience ever with Jonny.

Initially put an incorrect address, he personally reached out to check whether it was right or not - saving me the hassle of having the travel to collect them from a previous address, then secondly notifies me of a small mark on one of the trainers (that I could barely see) just to check if they were ok.

Communication was quick and very helpful, the trainers them selves? SMART and above all comfortable. You will not find better quality for the price else where

Ordered a pair of trainers but needed to exchange for a bigger size. Reached out on Instagram and got a really quick, helpful response. As soon as I sent proof of return, they shipped the new size straight away. Great service and the quality is spot on. Would definitely order again.

I’ve had a few pairs of trainers bought from Jude Llow and have never been disappointed. Quality is 10/10, husband says they’re comfy from the start, true to size, communication from customer service is always super quick.
What’s not to love…

Sent back a pair of trainers which were delivered to them tracked and have been in contact with them via whatsapp and still no refund...........

Shipment issue sorted quickly.

I have had 2 pairs of different trainers both are of exceptional quality.
They outweigh any designer trainers I’ve had in terms of their silhouette!
They are so comfortable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone after a smart trainer.

Received my Nicos weds and unfortunately slightly too big!
I what’s appd their cx team and they told be to bob back in the post and they would resend a smaller size to arrive next day!

And as promised all went to plan and I now have them for my event tomorrow!

I love good service and highly recommend these guys not just for that but amazing quality product also!
