I disliked the fact that I have paid for the service and the prisoner my son having to still pay to call me so I am paying both roads which is running expensive

Dear Louise,
our service is to lower the cost of calls from inside the prison - we do not control the phone system in the prison so the rates your inmate pays are out of our control.
Even if you top up both the overall cost is way less than calling your mobile directly from the prison.
We have also another type of the service - FreePhone number (0800) where it's free for the inmate to call and you cover the full cost of the call. You have got this advise by email just yesterday from our support.
