I disliked the fact that I have paid for the service and the prisoner my son having to still pay to call me so I am paying both roads which is running expensive

False advertisement
False advertisement. Uses inmates.credit.still and prices go right up once you've bought minutes once. Yes dislike a refund or some extra.minutes to use would be fine

Unfortunately British prisons don't let you use this servive as its a call diversion. If they call you don't tell them its call diversion. I got caught out.

Knowing I can still speak to my partner and the kids can still speak to there daddy even when he has no credit on his account is amazing. Would highly recommend using Jailtele if your loved one is in prison. By Best thing I’ve even signed up for, for my partner.
