I disliked the fact that I have paid for the service and the prisoner my son having to still pay to call me so I am paying both roads which is running expensive

Brought 0800 toll free package and my partner was told my hmp Swansea it was illegal to use in the prison? Thankfully jailtele were very helpful and gave me a full refund but I advise to look into the rules before purchasing.

Waste of money
I thought I was paying £17.50 so it was giving him credit to ring me but I don’t think it did. Only thing it done was turn my mobile into a house number which is cheaper but why did I pay nearly £20? For what?

Prisons either don’t accept the numbers or they remove them from the phone after a week!

please note that's not the case as we have many of the numbers working in many prisons. The 0800 numbers are supported only in selected prisons and it's up to them to accept or reject the number. It would be best to ask the prison or check with us if there are any 0800 numbers working there already before making the order. Obviously we also issue a refund in case you're not able to use the service properly, just need to let us know about that. Our support team is available for you.

Bought the 120minutes 0800 number paid 15pound and wymott prison won't accept the number on the pin so was just a waste of money
