I disliked the fact that I have paid for the service and the prisoner my son having to still pay to call me so I am paying both roads which is running expensive

The number didn’t work when it was getting registered then went off after a week. Worst £20 I have spent wouldn’t have been better sending it in for him to make phone calls

we can offer better pricing if you use more than 500 minutes a month.
The 0800 numbers are not cheap however it still gives you an option to speak longer with your inmate as they are not being charged to dial 0800 numbers.

The prison doesn’t accept 0800 number and I already paid the 15 pound but can’t use it
I sent an email about the situation and got a very quick response with my new number so I was very satisfied with that thank you.

Dissatisfied customer
Unfortunately, I do not know whether its due to you.
As I was given a curticy call from the prison, though my partner. Upto now, has been unable to use your service.
He only has a few weeks, at the most. Left of his sentence.
I feel that this is less than unexceptable. Not even talking about the unlimited bundle that you offer that is about as useful as a chocolate tea pot. As inmates are unable to use it.
I would therefore ask what steps are to be taken to not only rectify the situation but Compensation.
As, due to this I have not only lost the £15, I have had to send more money, to ensure that my partner can call me but his daughter can speak to her daddy.
Sincerely a VERY dissatisfied customer

We're really sorry to hear you believe you've lost the £15 which you paid for our service.
Let me just add that you've got a landline number from us as a replacement just after reporting the issue in getting the 0800 number approved by the prison. Based on your response we were under impression you're happy with the support you've got from us.
There is always an option to get a refund for any remaining balance on your account so we're surprised with your negative review - you can always contact us to get help and refund if needed.
Please note we're not offering any "unlimited" packages so I hope this was just an oversight.
