Hassle Free Re-mortgage

Smooth, hassle free remortgage. Easy to use portal for document upload and Hayley (Caseworker) promptly answered a couple of questions I had. I could always track progress with ease. Overall, I can’t find any fault in my experience. Thank you for a swift transaction.

Awful service by Integrar regarding…

Awful service by Integrar regarding handling of my remortgage.

They've made numerous mistakes regarding both mortgage amounts and completion amounts, with the initial completion statement asking for over £7,000 in payments to them as a balancing payment.

I had to call them numerous times to get this rectified where initially they had the audacity to blame this on the mortgage broker making a mistake with the mortgage.

Unfortunately to them, I was the mortgage broker so no mistake was made on my behalf. Wouldn't want to imagine if someone who is not in the industry had to go through this.

Issues were resolved but only after numerous phone calls and emails.

I also had to repeatedly ask them to get an updated completion figures.

Free service otherwise I'd give them zero stars.

I'm very happy with the service I received from Integrar for my remortgage. Yinxiao, Chris and Jake always replied to my emails promptly and sent me regular updates throughout the process. They ensured that the mortgage transfer completed on time. Thank you!

Excellent Customer service

They were excellent and responded to emails promptly. I received numerous reminders to ensure we were on target for completion. Nathan was my case worker and was very helpful, there was few delays for documents etc but one phone call Nathan managed sort all out and send me an update. For once I had a stress free experience when re-mortgaging. The online tool was easy to use. I would highly recommend Integrar. Thanks for all the help.

Great service from start to finish

Great service from start to finish. Anya, Jake and the team pushed my re-mortgage on in a very quick timescale. The online portal worked well and communication throughout was very good. I would highly recommend.

The re mortgaging process

The re mortgaging process was made very simple and support was provided at each step in the process.

As I was abroad during during the re-mortgaging process communications needed to be clear and timely. The Abbie's team ensured this was the case and I returned home to find the whole process had been completed without a hitch.

Rely too heavily on the Portal system

Rely too heavily on the Portal system. Whilst appearing to show logical steps in a simple manner, I received numerous emails requesting information; I assume auto generated from the portal, when information was in their possession and it took human intervention in the form of myself, case worker and mortgage advisor to confirm this each time

A slog..

Just completed the remortgage after a fairly arduous process. The team were as helpful as they could have been, but the system is really quite convoluted. Had to send several emails to get the correct property address on the mortgage deed. We got there in the end, but all felt like a bit of a slog to be honest.

1st Class service for my remortgage

1st Class service for my remortgage. All done online, which is great when I drive for a living and so unable to take calls during work hours. The app and the process was very simple and easy to follow. When I had any queries Anya and Jake answered my emails clearly and quickly.

Our experience with Integrar has been…

Our experience with Integrar has been extremely disappointing. Their service suffers from massive communication problems — messages are inconsistent, delayed, or simply not addressed at all. Even worse, they share information with customers without properly verifying the details, which creates confusion and undermines trust.

At no point did we receive proper guidance or advice on the best way forward. Instead of acting as a supportive partner, they left us to figure things out on our own. This lack of responsibility and care is unacceptable from a service provider.

Overall, Integrar has shown a serious lack of professionalism, reliability, and customer focus. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before working with them.
