1 star. Poor communication, a difficult-to-use portal, and inconsistent case management created unnecessary confusion throughout my remortgage. Despite raising legitimate concerns about how my case was handled, Integrar’s complaint response focused on deflecting responsibility rather than addressing the underlying service failures.

Poor communication. Rude staff. Given incorrect information by three members of staff which ultimately led to loss of time and funds.

Absolutely awful experience with this company. I experienced delays after delays, resulting from them withholding documentation that needed sending off for weeks. I ended up myself having to send across documents to a third party to ensure things were moving along. This then led to missed deadlines, resulting in myself facing extortionate penalty fees from my lender. I filed a formal complaint and their response was insulting.
They don’t value their customers, they show no duty of care to their customers. You will be left having to chase them at every turn for any updates. And as a full time working single mum, this has been incredibly difficult to keep on top of within their office hours. But of course they’re quick enough to chase money. If I wasn’t so desperate to be done with this company I would refuse to pay them any money. Because I haven’t received a service at all. This whole process has induced severe levels of stress and anxiety, at the hands of Integrar.
I would never, ever, recommend this company to anybody.
They should be ashamed of themselves.
Issued found after completion and fobbed off.
Was assigned this company for a remortgage last year and everything seemed to go well.
At a later date we then tried to sell the property and move and it transpired that none of the Land Registry information had been completed, updated and therefore caused delays to the sale.
We tried chasing but were consistently ignored and fobbed off. All communication was via a generic email address and we were unable to contact the the person assigned to our case on the phone.
After being advised we could "expedite" the process to be completed within 10 working days (at a cost) we paid this and were still left waiting for this to be finalised over 4 weeks later.
After threatening a legal complaint we got referred to someone else but was again ignored. At this moment we still have no answer.

The worst company I have ever dealt with
Was assigned them by my remortgaging bank, after all was said and done they cost more in fees than just hiring a solicitor myself, while making it painfully obvious that I was not their customer
2-3 WEEKS between replies even if you reply 5 minutes after receiving their email, and they only give an email address to contact them. Starting the remortgage process 3 months early, at the absolute earliest point, they still managed to run it to the wire and make the whole process intensely stressful
Additional charges appeared on my completion statement, accounts and customer support agreed I was overcharged and that the fees had not been mentioned prior so raised it further. Shortly after I was called by extremely rude management staff, who proceeded to repeatedly threaten to pull my entire remortgage if I continued to challenge any part of the fees given, leaving me no option but to pay blindly

If you get stuck with these incompetent scammers do not attempt to email them, use their unadvertised phone number for all contact - 08000288288. Phone based customer support is the saving grace, except for management they were lovely.

The staff at Integrar, especially Roo my main contact, were helpful and efficient. After trying emails and the portal and finding them a slow and clumsy way to access information - I got fed up with continually filling in a very long password - I contacted Integrar by phone and always got through quickly and received the information I needed swiftly and efficiently. Saved sending emails to and fro! I am a little deaf and all the staff were courteous and understanding about speaking loudly and slowly when necessary. I recommend them highly.

I found this company very uncommunicative. No phone number was provided and they took about a week to reply to emails. The mortgage was completed by the specified date but I didn’t feel this was due to their efficiency. I received automated emails which didn’t properly explain the issues.

Quick response to most things but when I emailed my contact I didn't get a direct reply. It does feel a little threatening when you first read that they are there to represent your lender, not you, maybe that could be worded a little better but overall I was quite satisfied when all said & done. So an okay from me to the Barclays team.
