In and out did a grand job, as per usual.

Did my MOT and the staff too their time to explain what was wrong in a simple, friendly way.

They told me what the costs would be upfront and fixed my issue at the next available opportunity.

I have used in and out Basingstoke for 7 years and they are the best mechanics.

Staff are very friendly very knowledgable and trustworthy and they do an exceptionally good job. We are so lucky to have a branch of In-N-Out in Cardiff. I regularly have my cars service and MOT at the Cardiff branch and they’ve always provided me with the best possible service.
Whenever anyone asks me if I could recommend a garage that will look after them and do a good job or maintaining their vehicles I always recommend In-N-Out in Cardiff

Especially being a women it can be intimidating and unsure if your ever going to be ripped off

All I can say is staff are friendly. Excellent and ive been getting my mot done now for 3 years here and never an issue

I only visit the workshop once or twice a year, and today I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw that you have several young female mechanics on staff. We need more women in the trades. The older lady at reception seemed very experienced and on the ball.

Easy booking, good facilities to work from and great job done on the car, as usual. Would always recommend.

We usually use main dealers, but have recently moved into the area and was looking for a local garage. The staff were very friendly, efficient and knowledgable. The car runs well after a full service and MOT. We felt it was a good price and experience. Thank you.

Booked online for my MOT, no issues.
The staff were friendly, polite, answered my question and showed me how to change my windscreen wipers- sounds simple but I wasn’t sure how to change them.

Great experience dropped in as I had my low oil light come on , I had the car serviced in Devon two weeks ago but visiting family in Stevenage the light come on and most of the oil had The garage ordered a new oil filter and we were back on the road in 2 hours many thanks

Quick to arrange appointment and car was accepted on time and finished when promised after 1.5 hours whoch meant I had my car for the rest of the day. Good ser ice

Always use the Stevenage branch for serving and MOT testing my Mercedes GLA.
There was an issue with a couple of sensors which was quickly resolved and they also arranged a tyre replacement.
Staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend.

Can not fault in and out autos at all. We have never been there before and took my sons car in for a health check and was so impressed by the service and the staff that we have now changed this to our go to garage for all things cars for my sons and my daughters cars. The gentleman that completed the health check today was very thorough and didn’t rush us out the door and took his time to listen to and answered all of our questions. He explained anything that was discovered during the health check and showed us whilst explaining it so that we understood. He went above and beyond and checked through issues that I had come across with the car even though they wasn’t included in the health check and put my mind at ease that my son is safe whilst on the road. I wouldn’t go to another garage from now on for anything to do with my children’s cars and would recommended to anybody looking for a good quality garage that is thorough and doesn’t try to rip you off.
