My experience working for this company
My experience working for this company was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise anyone considering employment here to think carefully before accepting a position.
During my probation period, I had a single genuine sick day and was dismissed shortly afterwards. Rather than showing any understanding or support, I felt I was treated as though one unavoidable absence made me disposable.
What made matters worse was the complete lack of flexibility. I asked for just a few hours to deal with essential car repairs so I could continue getting to work reliably. I even offered to work through my lunch break to make up the time, but this was refused outright. It showed me that reasonable requests and genuine efforts to compromise were simply not valued.
A company that cannot show even basic understanding towards employees facing legitimate illness or essential personal responsibilities is not somewhere I would recommend working. Everyone understands that businesses have policies, but there's also such a thing as treating people with fairness and respect.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this employer to anyone looking for a supportive or reasonable workplace. There are far better companies out there that recognise employees are human beings, not just numbers.

A Great company. The chap I deal with is extremely professional and not pushy at all. We bought toners at better prices than I can get from Amazon and once you are a customer they will collect your old empty toners and recycle them for you.

Friendly helpful staff, the cartridges were no use to our printer & then there was confusion on getting the cartridges returned. Got everything sorted, as a Northern Ireland based company they didn't save us money on printer cartridges when you take into account the postage/carriage.
