Fantastic experience with imperial grass from dealing with Neeru over the phone (and watsapp - which makes things so much easier on a busy day) to the day when Renan and the other guys came to install the grass. They did a fantastic job and the tiny concrete garden we had is now a ‘grassy’ oasis! Our toddler loves it!

From the first contact with Neeru and their patience and excellent customer service with sorting out a quote (and several requotes as requirements changed) for me, to booking and paying it was so smooth and easy and definitely a company operating in the 21st century! Installation was in Bedfordshire by Roberto and his team; the 3 chaps all worked extraoridnarily hard in the sun to deliver a first class experience in a little over 4 hours resulting in a superb looking rear garden that is now perfect for my toddler and two dogs to enjoy.

Couldn’t fault this company they was amazing from start to finish answered all my questions, reasonably priced and the workers, just, WOW! they work incredibly hard and very polite and tidy. What I thought would take a good few days took them only a day and a half! Really really impressed. Thank you so much. Highly recommend. :)

I have just had two areas of artificial Lawn supplied and fitted by Imperialgrass. The work was carried out very professionally and quickly. The team took great care of my property and kept me informed throughout the process. There were two minor issues which were rectified immediately. My rear garden patio and through walkway were throughly cleaned. I cannot praise Imperialgrass and the fitting team highly enough and without question recommend their serviced.
