After researching several artificial grass installers and reading the excellent reviews for Superior Lawn, I decided to request a quote.

The initial experience was very positive. I received samples, helpful advice on the different grass options, and an AI-generated image showing the proposed finish. The price was competitive and installation was arranged promptly.

The installation team were polite, professional, and did a good job. The lawn looks great and I'm very pleased with the result.

My only disappointment relates to a wooden border that was installed alongside a pathway, despite it not being discussed or shown in the visual provided. I feel the lawn would have looked more authentic-natural without it.

Unfortunately, despite several emails and texts requesting its removal, I have received no response. I was also promised spare offcuts of the grass for any future repairs, but 3 weeks later I have neither received them nor had any reply to my enquiries. Overall, the pre-sales service and installation were excellent, but the lack of post-sales communication has been disappointing. A great product, but customer aftercare could be improved.

I am so pleased with my lawn you installed it’s only a small lawn but the difference it has made. Everybody comments on it your team were so quick through and went beyond the job.
I would recommend your company to anybody especially if like me it had become a chore to look after the lawn, it’s clean practical and looks nice.

Fantanstic experience from start to finish. Alex the General Manager came to do the review and quote and was available at all times to answer queries, even messaged at 10.30pm on a Sunday night. Incredible, professional, hard working team came to do the installation and the end result is phenomenal. Work and lawn comes with a 10 year warranty. We are so pleased that we went with this company and can highly recommend them.

The website had clear information on types of artificial grass and how to choose. The free survey was helpful and I received the free samples requested. I was helped to choose and the installation process was explained. The ten year guarantee on the grass and install was explained. Install was done in one day and lawn looks fantastic. Very pleased.

We went away on a long trip and watched the guys lay our lawn on our cameras from 3,000 miles away. They did an amazing job in terrible weather. That was 6 years ago and the lawn looks as good now as when they laid it.
One piece of advice, go for the very best quality you can afford, it pays off!!

From my first call to Superior Lawn to the install being completed took just over a week. Alex came to quote the following morning and had the quote to me that afternoon. The install took two days and the team were very professional and efficient and did a brilliant job.
