Competitive quote, friendly service, timely installation. The team who attended to carry out the work were considerate, productive and professional. The end result was just the quality that we were looking for and team left all areas spotless as if they had never been here. I would recommend imperial grass

First booking cancelled last minute due to van issues. Second appointment I could see
Brush not starting but never told by employee. They used blower more so it looked ok. Not worth £250 maintenance paid.

Recently had my garden done by this company and was happy with both the work and the price. Would definitely advise anyone looking to get any similar work done very trustworthy great quality and great work.

Lovely team who stayed to make sure things were perfect and even came back on a Saturday to make sure it was done properly. It's completely transformed the garden and it's so lovely to be able to take my little one out into the garden without worrying.

The team were very professional and clearly knew what they were doing. We needed to add 10+ tonnes to raise the ground and fit grass on a triangle shaped area. The team not only did this with absolute ease but also helped replace our fences for free and were so helpful! Thanks so much!

So pleased we chose this company to do our artificial grass. Very professional and friendly staff all round. Everything surveyed and organised via the office and materials and skip delivered when stated. Shane and the actual work team were amazing, they worked both days solid and the end result is excellent.

Imperial Grass supplied me with grass that was longer along one edge than the joining peice, thereby creating a very noticably join. Other Joins are very good. They will not fix the obvious problem so I have too take them to a small claims court to solve the problem. Their after salse service is rubbish.

We had 4 different quotes late last year from different companies which all came round and found issues with how they would complete the works due to the logistics, we thought we were stuck with our horrible garden. I stumbled upon Imperial Grass online in the middle of Feb and after speaking through what’s app as well as one home visit they were very friendly knowledgable and most importantly didn’t find any issues with completing the works. This was a breath of fresh air and took all the stress out of getting the job done finally. Within two weeks our garden has been completely transformed and has already improved our quality of life. As well as all this, the price was incredibly competitive and made it an easy choice to go for it. Would 100% recommend

The company were great at communication before the job. The staff are very friendly and they worked really hard. We were please with the job, however the next morning we noticed some snags with the paving around the edge. Messaged the company sent photos and had really good response from them. They came out and were really apologetic and corrected it. So I can't fault them.
