Contacting Vets at home was so easy and they went out of their way to accomodate all of the family being available to spend time with our cat Bailey. We had 17 good years and it was immensely hard and deeply sad to make the decision but quality of life was rapidly deteriorating. Vets at home were caring and considerate and 100% professional. When the time time came our Vet Dr.Robert was so incredibly supportive having experiencing loss himself and the process was carried out with next to no discomfort what so ever for Bailey in his passing. I would highly recommend Vets at Home for a personal and professional farewell to your loved ones. Even the aftercare with personal messages and cards was such a heart warming touch and it meant alot. So a BIG thank you to all the Vets at Home staff for being so caring and show ing such kindness at this difficult time. ❤️

Absolutely fabulous service at a very difficult time, there was no way I could face sitting in the vets waiting knowing I wouldn’t be leaving with my dog. Vets at home made the whole experience much easier for both my dog & myself, he went to sleep in his own home on my knee & the experience was very peaceful, a very professional & compassionate experience.

Jennie and the team at pet euthanasia people have been absolutely fantastic.
I unfortunately had to have my much loved girl indie pts due to cancer, I didnt want indie scared when she needed me most and contacted jennie at pet euthanasia people. Jennie was so very thoughtful and kind and arranged for a lovely vet Dr sam to come and visit us at home.
Jennie took the stress away for us as a family by arranging the whole sad day. Our family and indie were treated with kindness, thoughtfulness and respect and the whole team were extremely understanding. As im a single person finances are very tight and fortunately we were able to pay in installments taking the stress of finances away from what was already a heartbreaking situation. Indie passed very peacefully at home surrounded by love and a very caring Dr Sam, we were given plenty of time to say goodbye to indie, then a lovely man from gentle paws pet crematorium came to collect indie for her final journey, again with great sympathy and respect.
As jennie and the team arranged everything it completely took the stress away from us as a family who were too emotional to think straight.
Euthanasia is not a pleasant experience as we all know, but jennie and the team made it much more bare able throughout the whole process, arranging everything, payment and follow up offers of sympathy and care towards us all. I can honestly say what a dignified end my beautiful girl had. I will be forever greatful to jennie, the team and doctor Sam, they are all such lovely, kind sympathetic people. I still have other pets at home, but when the time comes, I will be contacting pet euthanasia people as they made what was an very sad emotional time bareable. I cannot thank them enough, highly recommended. Thankyou jennie, the team, Dr Sam and gentle paws crematorium for being so thoughtful and kind to us all and especially my beautiful girl, I will forever be extremely greatful. I also relieved a lovely card afterwards expressing sympathy to us all.

In the most painful time vetsathome helped us know we had made the right decision for our Cat they were so helpful kind and supportive throughout the most difficult situation. I would recommend this company and if ever we need to we would go back to them.

I can’t thank you enough for sorting out Billy’s euthanasia last Wednesday with Dr Rikus so compassionately. He looked after Billy in such a calm and kind way.
Billy passed away quietly on his cushion on the sofa next to me, with his sister Bonnie laying close up next to him. That gives me great comfort, knowing he didn’t suffer at the end. It was so peaceful.
I will definitely come to you again when needed. Thank you again and for the lovely card and forget me not seeds. It really means so much xx 🐶💙

A really easy to use service, my first contact was Dawn fantastic customer service so understanding and caring. The whole team was empathetic with my situation. One of the worst days of my life. We can’t thank Vets At Home enough for the kindness, compassion and dignity they showed our girl during her final moments. Making the decision to let her go was the hardest thing we’ve ever had to do, but being able to say goodbye in the comfort of her own home made such a difference.

The vet was caring, patient and understanding, explaining everything and giving us all the time we needed. My girl was relaxed and passed away peacefully in familiar surroundings.

Although it was heartbreaking, we’re so grateful we chose Vets At Home. They made an unbearable experience as peaceful and comforting as it could possibly be. We will never forget the kindness they showed our family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

After making the most heart wrenching decision, I contacted The Pet Euthanasia People who were extremely kind and understanding. Arrangements were made swiftly and at my chosen time. Robert, a very kind vet from Brooklands family vets arrived and was so gentle and put my mind at rest, he was empathetic and I felt at ease knowing I had someone there at the end who truly understood my pain. He was efficient without seeming formal. I was not rushed at all. I would always choose at home euthanasia as the stress and coldness of a clinic for me, is unbearable. Hopefully I wont need to use their services again, but if I do, I will definitely give them a call.

Due to our lovely Molly deteriorating, all of a suden , and not wanting her final moments to be stressful by taking her to the vets we had planned to have her put to sleep at home. Unfortunately the company that i had previously liased with, could not attend. Vets at Home was recommended by another company to me, they contacted myself and all i can say " Fantastic " .
They came the same day & Dr Sam was wonderful, very caring and did not rush the process. Each stage was explained and she completed each stage at our pace.
We could not have received a better goodbye for our wonderful dog of 17 years.

A few day's later a card arrived from the company & a packet of Forget Me Not seeds, which was a very thoughtful touch & much appreciated.

Ending the suffering of your pet is an agonising choice to make. Getting to let our beloved cat pass at home was a gift that Pet Euthanasia and Dr Sonia gave us. They were kind, patient and endlessly empathetic as I struggled to set the appointment, and Dr Sonia was wonderful. She respected we were losing a family member, she was kind, she whispered gentle words to my poor cat as she gave him his injection, telling him his pain was over and he was loved. When he was gone she held my hand and let us have our grieving time, seeing herself out as we were drowning in sadness. A few days later the sent us a hand written condolences card and a packet of flower seeds we've planted on his grave.

Putting your pet to sleep is horrible, but when it has to be done, I can't recommend this company enough. They genuinely respect what a pet means to us, they certainly respected my poor boy.

My girl Curver was 14 years old two weeks back and Sam the vet was fantastic. She was calm, extremely patient, explained the process thoroughly and on two occasions left the room (but was nearby), to give me and my girl some space. I honestly cannot recommend this service enough! ✨❤️✨

From the initial phone call, the genuine compassion and support were amazing. The whole process was smooth and straightforward. Vets at home arranged everything and kept us updated on arrival time of the vet. The vet was fantastic. She talked us through everything that was going to happen, what we might see etc. Once Spud was sedated and asleep we were told to take as much time as we needed before giving him the last injection. (absolutely no pressure or rush)

We used this company back in April this year to help our 14 and a half year old Chocolate Labrador at short notice.
After a few calls to other companies who were unable to assist, PEP were able to find a vet to come out within a few hours and assisted us in finding/ arranging a cremation locally. From the team on the phone to Dr Sam who came out, everyone was so kind, thoughtful, patient and sympathetic.
We’re so thankful that they were able to help us give our most loved four legged family member a peaceful and comfortable way to leave us for rainbow bridge 🌈

Kathryn was great. She understood the gravity of what we were battling with. Handled us sensitively and with huge kindness.

She sent Vet David who was absolutely amazing with us all. It was the same day and a Sunday at that. He arrived on time, pre-sedated Chippie and gave him pain relief as well as some sausages for distraction, so he didn’t feel anything and was not distressed at all. Just peaceful. He was also great with our other dog, giving him attention and space as needed.

She then sent the crematorium people who were equally lovely giving us the time and space to process what we were dealing with. Including our other dog.

Listen no one wants to have to use their services but if you want a dignified way to support a poorly pet Kathryn from The Pet Euthanasia People is definitely someone who can help you in your time of need.

I want to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and compassion shown during one of the most painful moments of my life. Saying goodbye to my beloved 17‑year‑old Jack Russell, whom I loved so deeply, was incredibly hard, but Jennie, Kathryn and Sonia made the experience dignified, gentle and full of genuine kindness.

Their empathy, professionalism and tenderness brought comfort in a moment of sorrow, and I will always be grateful for the way they honoured my little one’s life. It meant more than words can say.

Very smooth and well organised. It was a sad day, and we needed to book at short notice (next day). But they were very responsive, caring and managed it all very well. The vet who came was lovely, empathetic and helpful given all the circumstances. They also organised a local cremation partner to get in touch and that side was managed very smoothly as well. On these sorts of days you want minimum stress and fuss, both for yourselves and the kitty / pet, and they were excellent. Would strongly recommend.

From the very beginning, Kathryn was incredibly compassionate, kind, and supportive while helping us organise everything the day before. She stayed in contact with us throughout, showed so much understanding, and truly helped guide us through an extremely difficult situation with patience and care.

The vet and the gentleman who came to our home were also absolutely wonderful. They treated Messi — and our whole family — with such dignity, gentleness, and respect. They understood how painful this moment was for us and never once made us feel rushed or uncomfortable.

Being able to have the euthanasia done at home meant the world to us. Messi was able to be in the place where he felt safest and most comfortable, surrounded by familiar smells, his family, and the people who loved him most. Knowing he could feel our presence around him in his final moments brought us a great deal of comfort during such heartbreaking circumstances.

They gave Messi peace and comfort in his final moments, and that means more to us than words can express. Their kindness helped make one of the hardest days of our lives a little more bearable.

We are deeply grateful to Kathryn and the whole team for everything they did, and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone going through such a difficult goodbye.
