I’m very happy with the work done on my garden. Roberto and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. They were professional, hardworking and paid great attention to detail. The garden looks fantastic now and the whole process was smooth and stress free. We had 4 different quotes late last year from different companies which all came round and found issues with how they would complete the works due to the logistics, we thought we were stuck with our horrible garden. I stumbled upon Imperial Grass online in the middle of Feb and after speaking through what’s app as well as one home visit they were very friendly knowledgable and most importantly didn’t find any issues with completing the works. This was a breath of fresh air and took all the stress out of getting the job done finally. Within two weeks our garden has been completely transformed and has already improved our quality of life. As well as all this, the price was incredibly competitive and made it an easy choice to go for it. Would 100% recommend

The company were great at communication before the job. The staff are very friendly and they worked really hard. We were please with the job, however the next morning we noticed some snags with the paving around the edge. Messaged the company sent photos and had really good response from them. They came out and were really apologetic and corrected it. So I can't fault them.

Very professional from the first visit . Text reminders and invoices straight away after paying the deposit. We had a team of 3 guys Jean, Gabriel and Jess. They did the job in 1 day and left everything clean behind them while keeping the noise and distuebance to the minimum as we also had a sleeping baby. Would definetly recommend the whole team.

Please stay away from these guys as there are incompetent and very unprofessional. In 2022, they installed artificial grass on my back garden and front garden, within 6 months later grasses started growing in the middle of the artificial grass which was absurd. I contacted them and they told me that it is normal and they cannot do anything. I said to them that there is no way grasses should be growing in the middle of Artificial grass that was just installed 6 months ago and that this was wrong. They totally ignored me.

In Jan 2026, they contacted me again and was pestering me for maintenance etc. I paid them to do the maintenance job and reiterated that they should fix the issue with grasses growing on the lawn. They turned up in Mercedes SUV, sprayed some chemical and dumped the grasses they accumulated on my drain and blocked the drain.

They finished the job whilst am inside the house and they left without telling me which i found totally unacceptable. My front side door to the garden was opened until I came out 20 mins later and found out that they have gone. I could not believe it. I have wanted to attach the pictures I took here as an evidence of my claim but Trustpilot do not allow for attachment. Totally incompetent and unprofessional so please be aware and be very careful and stay away from them.

Very professional company, they fitted grass id purchased elsewhere and it looks amazing. The guys arrived on time and were done in a couple of hours including cleaning up after the work. It’s nice to deal with a company that does exactly what they say they will with professionalism and care. There are lots of companies out there that don’t. Would highly recommend these guys.

The guys came on time, and got straight to work, and did not stop until the job was completed. The guys were respectful,friendly and professional.

Was impressed from start to finish.
A 3 man team arrived at 8.30am and were done by noon.
Dug up existing grass etc; placed MOT hardcore, granite dust and then laid nice 35mm artificial grass.

Roberto and team were fantastic when dealing with my garden. Very quick and efficient in their work and treated my property with respect. Very hard working and and I love the results. I'm so grateful for their hard work and highly recommended them!

I've hired Imperial Grass for a few combined jobs as my project for the garden changed.

They fitted artificial grass in my garden, two fence panels, a wooden gate and also tiled the front foundation of the artificial grass mini playground that we've sorted for our children.

One of my son's has special needs, so I needed a reliable and professional service to sort out the garden safely and understand what I needed. They exceeded my expectations and the customer support exceeded my expectations. If you have enquiries, need anything adapted in plan for the work, or anything extra work done, they will get back to you and try to accommodate in any way they can.

I was also happy that the prices and quotes are reasonable, and if you have a budget they will try their best to adjust things so that you can afford to hire them.

I would definitely recommend their services to anyone and me and my family are happy with our experience with the company.

Absolutely amazing work, the guys came on time , worked like machines, removed the old grass and soil in 2hrs , carried out all the other processes with skill and care , the end result is fantastic, we are so pleased, we would not hesitate in highly recommending this company, the guys who did this work are a credit to Imperial grass . Located Imperial Grass through Bark.com. They were more than happy to exchange calls and texts to ensure we covered all my requirement for new Artificial grass to be installed. As for the team who installed it well just fantastic. They continued to check I was happy. Glad to see the back of my old lawn and my new one looks amazing. Could not recommend this company highly enough.

Great experience all around, communication was always very professional, the work was done on time and they did a great job including attention to detail. Would recommend.

I’d been let down by another company on the Friday morning, found Imperial grass in the afternoon, the lady on the phone was so helpful and was able to give me an appointment for the next day ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT 🤩
The two guys who came to do the work were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, turned up within the appointment time, fitted the artificial grass on my balcony, tidied up, put some of the plant pots back in place, couldn’t have asked for more.
