Very easy to book appointment, in fact the whole process was really simple. All the necessary documents were uploaded via a portal prior to the scheduled meeting with the solicitor. And the solicitor recommended is very reputable and completed the work promptly. Very efficient process.

Did as required
Positive experience. Some company’s were quoting ridiculous amounts for an ILA. The price quoted here was much more reasonable. You book on the website. We booked with Kevin. You attach a couple of ID and book your time and date. The meeting was over zoom. You don’t have to download zoom as a link takes you there on the booking, but we did anyway in case there was a problem. Kevin seemed really efficient and a subsequent email was responded to promptly You pay after the consultation via link sent to you and you can use Apple Pay.
The documents we needed signing will be sent to the solicitor, and hopefully that will be as smooth as everything else.
When looking around at other companies on Trustpilot that do similar, there is one that Trustpilot queries some of the reviews. Advise looking at the company’s details further down their websites pages which usually lists other names they are /have been known as.
