Everything worked pretty well. They are a little slow on payment. The instant $10 promotion was added on to the full payment which I got about 5 days after they got it but all in all they responded to emails and I got the amount promised in the end!

I sent my phone in they quotedon payout them told me all these things wrong with my phone and offered a lower payout (by iMessage) I told them to send my phone back. Then they countered with another offer which I accepted. Still waiting on my payout. Texted (bubbles now green) emailed and called NO CORRESPONDENCE AT ALL.....BEWARE 😡

I sent them two phones which were in perfect condition and they sent me a picture back with a large chalk line across the whole screen of my phone saying that it was a giant scratch that was never there. As far as I'm concerned this place is a total scam don't deal with them

They offered a price for a "New" phone, then cut the offer price in half after saying that my phone was "sent into reinspection" due to light scratches and told me they'd contact me in 3-4 business days with the results.
My phone was brand new with no scratches when I mailed it to them, and they didn't contact me until I followed up with them 2 weeks later.
My only hope is that they have enough integrity to actually return my phone, since none of what we agreed upon was honored so far...

Perfect example of Bait and switch. They received my phones and finished the inspection. But guess what I got in the email? “ We need to Reinspect because There’s one LCD dot on the screen and Blah Blah…” Sorry but my phones are in perfectly great condition both inside and outside. After one week WITHOUT hearing from them, I decided to request my phones back, but still no response at all. All communications were done through email, which is very inconvenient, time-wasting, and inefficient. This is one of the most horrible businesses I’ve dealt with, very dishonest and malicious to the clients. Will definitely file a complaint to consumer affairs or even a lawsuit if things get worse.

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS OR RECOMMEND ICELLGLOBAL TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY. I RECOMMEND CAUTION. I should have know when I couldn’t get my label to print right away 🤦🏼‍♀️ I started the process August 10 they received my device August 15. Then they said my phone had been sent in for reinspection and that the price has been lowered Some light scratching on the screen And that they would still purchase it at a revised offer of $350, which keep in mind this is a 13 Pro Max in near mint condition, which I did not agree upon so I asked that my device be sent back to me. On Aug 18 They replied yes just provide us with a return label so I asked them how to do that , they Said Cashapp Zelle, PayPal , but they didn’t give an email or phone number to do that with. So long story short by the time it was all said and done that payment was sent on the 25th . Sent an email on the 9/6 asking where the phone is and today on 9/8 asking the same and the tracking number for the return label , with no reply .

Poor experience, mostly due to having to push the process along for them. I had to ask why I had a late payout (4+ days from receipt of device. Was only then told that my device did not qualify as ‘good’ condition due to a screen crack incurred during shipping. Then had to ask why reinspection was taking more than the agreed 4 days. Was then told that the new payout amount (50% of original total) would be made in 2 business days. I’m the 3rd day had to ask why payment was late. Finally received payment late in the day, 1 day after promised. Overall a poor experience for me, mostly due to having to ask for an update at every stage of the process.

Excellent communication through the whole process. Money came straight to me through venmo - overall very easy. My phone had to be "reinspected" so it took 2-3 weeks from them receiving the phone until I got paid.

The communication was excellent and very positive. I was paid a fair price for my old phone. Highly recommend this site.

I had a great experience with icellGlobal. Sent in my phone and i choose the condition as good even though there was a deep scratch and dent on it. Nonetheless they got back to me in a few days with a offer that I accepted. They even sent me more than they had originally mentioned. I highly recommend sending your phone to icellglboal.

Not great. Sold my iPhone xs and didn't hear back from them for over a week. Reached out to them and they replied saying how the value had been lowered. Quite honestly I did not care that much at that point. Then I reached out again attempting to ask when I would receive my payment and I heard nothing back. They finally reached back out to me and said I would be paid within three days, however, I did not receive any means of payment. Use this company with caution. Terrible service and you could probably get paid more using a different seller.

Process was really easy and painless! Way easier than posting on a site where people try to offer you less than what your phone is worth. I’ll be selling to Icellglobal again in the near future. Thank you!

Top notch service. Icellglobal lived up to every expectation. Only 4 days from start to finish. They gave me $200 more for my iPhone 13 than Apple would. Highly recommend these folks if you have cell phone to sell. I understand they also buy iPads, EarPods, and all makes of Pads and phones.

Scam they get your phone and then offer $180 less than what they promised do not trust them. THey also are paying people $10 more if they leave a good review.
