The process was straight forward. Easy from start to finish. My emails were promptly responded too. I failed to unlock my phone prior to mailing. They worked with me & held onto my device. Until I was done contacted the carrier myself to have it unlocked. So I could get the most $ for my trade. Very pleased.

Things seemed great until I questioned my protection. 8$ for mail coverage but had to ask 3x to find out how much. $50-$100 is what they said they "thought" it was. And they acted like I was odd for wanting enough coverage to insure the actual value of the phone. And they lie on the site- $10 for live chat really means $10 for a 5 star review. I believe coverage is $50-$100!

Great way to make extra money if you have a phone to sell.

Everything went smoothly with my order. I’m expecting to receive less than originally quoted due to a battery issue, but it’s still more than other places had quoted nonetheless. Customer service was exceptional and they were always quick to respond. I would use them again in the future.

Honest pay for the phone and very communicative, I would use them again.

ICELLGLOBAL took off 10% from the offer because the perfect iPhone I sent, which I labeled "good" apparently must be EXCELLENT to be called GOOD. Then, after promising payment 24-72 hours after delivery, they took over a week to pay, and I had to push them several times to send my money. Lastly, ICELLGLOBAL PAID ME TEN DOLLARS FOR MY 5-STAR REVIEW.

My payout was more than what Apple was going to pay me. Customer service was great, always quick to respond. Will use them again.

So far everything has been good and haven’t had any problems. Let’s hope all is well.

Very easy transaction. I had two iPhones to sell. Quick process to fill out your information. I shopped around and the prices here are the best. Other sites showed auction ranges with listings that were higher, but were not guaranteed at all. One well-known site I have used several times in the past was way, way lower. I did have to package my phones up and provided my own box, but a pre-paid shipping label is provided. I am very happy to have found this site and will certainly bookmark it when ready to sell my new phones!

I sent my phone in they received iPhone 11 because they offered me $317. I received an email confirmation which was great when they received my phone. Since then I have called 20 times no answer sent several emails nothing I have a feeling this is a scam

I have sent a handful of email nothing so sketchy and unprofessional
