100% scam

100% scam. Invest money, grow profits and lose it all because you are asked to pay ridiculous fees that are made up on the spot. Looking into their website is pointless as they don't follow what is written. If you ask questions you get called names and accused of not being serious about making money. Ironically, paying their fees will keep you in the same financial situation as you are now or worse.

I sold to this company in the past

I sold to this company in the past, and they took a while to get back to me but they eventually paid. I sent in a new order on October 18th, 2023 for my iphone 13 Pro and they have yet to respond to me. I knew this website might have been a scam but the first time was successful, not sure what is going on now but I’m looking to sue if I don’t receive my payment within the next month or 2. I’m going to give them a chance to step up and pay my offer, otherwise I’m going to double up. I constantly call the number and send emails at least once a day and I haven’t received my payment even after receiving the “Your order was delivered, funds available 24-72hours” email.

LIARS

If you’re thinking of selling your phone to them, DONT. This all started September 7, 2023 when I shipped out an iPhone 11 and iPhone 13 pro max. After they received the phones, I received an email stating payment would be issued within 24-72 hours. The time passed and I hadn’t received a payment so I decided to call and see what was going on. They never picked up the phone but a few days later I got a call back and Irving looked into it and said they had to do further inspection because the condition of the phones was different than what was stated. I then agreed to new offer and was told payment would be made in 24-72 hours. AGAIN NO PAYMENT WAS ISSUED IN THAT TIME FRAME. I called and texted both phone numbers on site didn’t hear back for about 2 weeks. September 20, he calls me back after I’m constantly calling almost everyday tells me the revised amount, $950 which we had already gone over and agreed on, I agreed once again and said he’d pay it at the moment. I thought great news finally. WRONG, only $500 was sent. He claimed that he maxed out, the rest would be sent in 24 hours. It is now October 19, a day short of a month, and I still have not received the remaining $450. I’m constantly calling, texting and emailing and have heard nothing from them. Last time they responded was October 5, apologizing for the late response asking for my offer number stating I would have a call back the next morning. I never received the call or remaining $450. Please just use a honest company that actually keeps their word. At this point, I will be escalating this issue.

Valuables Theft Ring

This trade in service appears to be a scam as so many other reviewers have said. My trade in has been confirmed delivered for more than a week and they haven’t responded with any payment or information. I plan on taking them to small claims court. Avoid the hassle and trade in elsewhere. These are scammers.

SCAMMERS - DO NOT TRUST!

On 7/22 I started the process for a tradein for my iPhone X. I was quoted a price of $182. When they received the unit on 7/25, I received a text message that said "I'm texting you to inform you that your device is due for rein spection due to the speaker not functioning correctly. There is a revised offer of $110". I agreed and it's now 8/16 (23 laters) and I still have not received payment. Calls to their number (956-800-7105) go unanswered. I'd be careful dealing with them. Small operations with no integrity.

Haven't paid me in 3 months...

Sent an iPhone 13 to them last APRIL and I'm still trying to get my money. Kind of seems like they just hope that you forget about it and then never pay you. DO NOT use this pathetic scam of a website.

Honest company!

UPDATE: NOT 3 HOURS AFTER LEAVING THE REVIEW BELOW I RCV'D A CALL FROM THE MANAGER. HE APOLOGIZED PROFUSELY AND RECTIFIED THE SITUATION IMMEDIATELY. ITS NOT OFTEN PEOPLE WRONG A RIGHT AND EVEN MORE RARE THEY DO IT SO FAST. I WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH ICELL GLOBAL AGAIN! THANKS JOHN!

DON'T DO IT! Sold them an iPhone 14 pro. They sent a label, I attached it to package and out it went. Mind you I live in TEXAS where it was being mailed to. I tracked the package and it stated it went out for delivery on a Sunday but was undeliverable because the business was closed. Understandable. The tracking also said it would be redelivered the next business day. I called them on Monday, the next day and they said they had not received it. A week later the tracking message still said the same thing and the company still said it was never delivered. I filed a complaint with the post office but because I was not the one who purchased the label it was the responsibility of the company. They didn't add extra insurance. It's now July and they will not return my calls. So I don't have the phone. The company won't pay me. The post office will only cover $100 payable to the company. Beat all around!

As a response to the last review, from Mr. B. I am in the same boat. Except I sold this questionable co. an iPhone 11. An iPhone 14 Pro model must really hurt. Good luck, your input enlighten me. Thanks and give em'hell!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. AT CURRENT THEY'VE PRETTY MUCH STOLEN MY PHONE

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the lack of payment for the iPhone 14 Pro Max that I sent to your company on July 3, 2023. Despite the delivery confirmation on that date, I have yet to receive any form of compensation, and my attempts to communicate with your company have been ignored entirely.

I shipped my iPhone 14 Pro Max, as per your trade-in program's instructions, hoping to receive the agreed-upon payment promptly. As the days passed and I did not receive any payment or even acknowledgment of receipt, I began reaching out to your company via emails, voicemails, and text messages, but to no avail. It is now July 17th, and I have not received a single response from your company regarding the status of my payment or the current whereabouts of my device.

The lack of communication and failure to process my payment have caused me significant distress and inconvenience. I have followed all the necessary procedures to participate in your trade-in program and fulfilled my part of the agreement by sending my device in a timely and secure manner. In return, I expect your company to fulfill its obligation by providing the agreed-upon payment promptly and keeping customers informed about the status of their transactions.

Considering the lack of response and the substantial delay in payment, I am left with no other option but to consider involving law enforcement and filing a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities to address this matter. I would like to resolve this issue amicably and promptly, but the persistent silence from your end leaves me with little choice but to explore other avenues to protect my rights as a consumer.

I sincerely hope that this matter can be resolved without the need for legal intervention. I kindly request your immediate attention to this issue and a swift resolution. Please contact me at the provided email address or phone number within the next five business days to update me on the status of my payment and address this situation promptly.

Failure to respond or rectify this situation within the specified timeframe will leave me with no option but to take further legal action to protect my rights and seek appropriate compensation for this unwarranted delay.

I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Beware of ICELLGLOBAL and its Deceptive Practices

I am writing this terrible review to warn potential customers about the appalling practices of a company called ICELLGLOBAL, along with its affiliate websites such as sellcell.com. My personal experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise you to stay away from their deceptive tactics and false promises.

ICELLGLOBAL lures customers in with enticingly high price offers for their devices, creating an illusion of a profitable transaction. However, once you send in your device, you will find yourself trapped in a web of frustration and deceit. I made the mistake of placing my trust in this company and sent my iPhone 13 Pro Max to them, receiving a confirmation of its receipt on June 11. They provided me with order #107435, which marked the beginning of my agonizing ordeal.

Days went by, and I received no communication from ICELLGLOBAL. Growing concerned, I took the initiative and sent an email on June 15th to inquire about the status of my order. To my dismay, it took them an astonishing six days, until June 21st, to respond. Even worse, their response came in the form of a text message at the ungodly hour of 1AM. The message mentioned that my device required reinspection and presented a revised offer. However, they conveniently neglected to disclose the revised amount, leaving me in the dark about the value they were assigning to my device.

Frustrated by the lack of transparency and eager to expedite the process, I pressed for a revised offer amount, going as far as promising a positive review if they could provide a prompt response. Eventually, they provided me with a revised offer the next day.

Reluctantly, I confirmed the reduced revised offer and anxiously awaited the payment, placing my trust in their website's claim of a guaranteed payment within 24-72 hours after offer confirmation. Yet, despite their assurance, I am still waiting. ICELLGLOBAL continues to string me along, displaying a complete disregard for their own commitments and the valuable time and trust of their customers.

This business is undeniably shady and should be avoided at all costs. The lure of a few extra bucks they offer is nothing but a trap, as you are likely to never receive the promised payment. Spare yourself the headache and seek out a reputable and well-organized vendor instead. ICELLGLOBAL has proven themselves to be untrustworthy, deceitful, and thoroughly unprofessional in their dealings.

I hope that by sharing my harrowing experience and expressing my intention to pursue legal recourse, I can spare others from falling into the same trap. No one should have to endure the frustration, disappointment, and financial loss that I have experienced due to ICELLGLOBAL's unethical practices.

Zero response in more than 2 weeks

I sent 5 phones to this company and received notification that they arrived more than 2 weeks ago. I haven’t heard a peep since then, even though I’ve called 3 times and emailed them. I’ll update my review if this company comes through as they promise.

I have all good things to say!

I have all good things to say about ICellGlobal . It was so easy to get an estimate for my old phone iPhone X. They responded quickly it was received and had to go through a second “review”. They couldn’t give me the max $ I was hoping for but did meet me in the middle! And I’m happy I have $$$ for my new phone !
